Great staff! Personalised service! Close to metro
Pros:

It was little difficult to find since the sign is a bit understated. But once we found it, we knew there was something special about it.

The rooms (bedroom and bath) were nicely appointed. Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very helpful with maps and info of places to see around the city.

The continental breakfast was far from the continental breakfast typically served in the USA. Choices were great, food was delicious. The oatmeal was to die for! Yes, I said oatmeal! The staff even helped with our laundry at no extra cost!

The quiet neighbourhood is served by interesting stores and restaurants.

This is the best hotel experience I've ever had, and I've been a few places!

Best service to guest - ever
Pros:

The place is extremely well put together and beautiful, in an amazing neighborhood just steps away from the Metro. The most amazing part is the staff. They will do anything to make sure you're comfortable and that includes serving you the breakfast you want, at the time you wish it, and always ask if you need anything, or wish something to drink.
I haven't seen this predisposition towards service and hospitality in a very long time. I'm not sure I ever will again, which is why this will always be my number one option if I need a hotel in St. Petersburg.
