Worth it, especially for its location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the tourist shuttle bus station, the decor of the room was very beautiful, the bathroom was quite unique, nice view though the trees hid the lake, very friendly stuff and nice location for the pier to take the boat. They also let us keep our bags at the reception area after check-out.

Cons:

There was a strong sewage smell some times, not during the whole stay but it was noticeable. There was no conditioner in the bathroom and the marble step in front of the bathroom was very slippery and the bathroom only has a curtain. And the breakfast was okay but nothing special.

Decent experience, kind staff and nice breakfast idea
Pros:

The service was amazing. The staff greeted us when we arrived and recommended nice plan for our trip. We also love the idea of breakfast on the bed. Considering the price of our booking, I’d say it’s more than my expectation. We would like to return on our next trip

雖然地理位置佳，旁邊有步道可以帶寵物散散步，是個很好的優勢，但房間空間狹小，與原本照片不符，房務人員會告知已幫您升級三人房，但....房間內沒有什麼空間可以使用，房間的牆壁上還會貼著此間房型5000元的價格標示，但床底下都是一些灰塵和一些小垃圾，寵物便可以直接鑽到床底下，但..很髒，室內環境潮溼，不如預期，但就是這個價格，不要太抱有期待。

It is the best places near sun moon lake the owner has the most amazing taste, thank you for letting me stay in this great place and the customer service is the best

第一次跟男友在日月潭住宿 雖說平日跟假日跟房價相差兩倍 但也是能理解 當天入住時人員說老闆娘幫我們升級到三人房 但我看了房型還是比較愛雙人房 也謝謝老闆娘的好意 服務人員也很熱情 只是在走過去房間的路上 木頭的地面有點不平 甚至翹起 怕有小朋友跟老人家的房客可能需要多加小心 內有親人貓貓 車程20分鐘可抵達伊達邵商圈 內有蠻多原住民美食
走路10分鐘有兩家便利商店以及餐廳 地段蠻好的一家民宿 推推

We really liked it, stylish, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Close to the bus stop, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast. The staff is friendly and speak English.
