Pros:

建議巡一下拋棄式紙拖鞋，打開都是粉塵，應該是放太久了整個碎掉。
浴室洗髮精沒有了。
室內隔音超差，完全可聽見室外聲音，還可聽到一樓車聲，隔壁超吵。
謝謝後續櫃檯小哥幫忙處理重複刷卡退刷，謝謝。
但說真的不會再考慮這間，因為隔音真的差。

Pros:

飯店的隔音設備真的很不好，外面走路講話我們房內都聽的一清二楚！在房內可以聞到附近上下樓層有人在抽菸的煙味！讓人很不舒服！但房內有溫泉房間空間大還有小客廳沙發算好的

泡溫泉那有在外面還要走50公尺！停車場像廢棄地下室。這要改進。還又外牆剝落。外牆整理很重要。真是被網站圖片給騙了。差太多

Nice quiet place for a night stay with spring bath available
Pros:

The friendly and helpful staff greeted us and help us to look after our luggage as we rush to have our dinner before check into our room.
There’s a hot spring behind the building but there is also hot spring water for shower too. Although some parts of the hot spring, building may look old but overall nice place to stay.

Pros:

The lobby looked like it was nicely decorated, although, not my style.
Our bathroom was a bit dark and dingy, and the shower area did not look like it had been cleaned in a while.
The overall size of the room and the 2 beds were good.
A fellow traveller had a room that was not well kept at all, so I think we were lucky with the one we had.
The hot spring itself looks like 3 small swimming pools. One of them was closed at the time. If you're looking for a nice picturesque hot spring resort, this is not the one for you.

整個就是大樓公寓式改造,泳池就像大樓裡的泳池,水質差...早餐也差,浴室水壓小.價位算貴..整個就是被照片所騙.

非常令人傻眼的飯店，為了安排求婚的行程，線上已提前預訂，同時亦去電三次聯繫確認是否有誤，但入住時卻告知未訂位，說飯店已滿房，雖在兩小時之後有安排房間，但已無心入住，只好轉住其它鄰近飯店，對此飯店的基本服務，實在不推薦。

大廳至電梯間太暗動線不順暢應多加美化、房間內竟然沒梳妝檯、也沒衣櫃可掛衣服，衣服只能亂放很沒品質、浴室內的鏡子不知怎麼照，這對愛美的三個女人很痛苦，但湯的品質很讚、接駁的司機大哥很熱心服務週到！
