Pros:

Location was great
Space was great comfortable
Contactless check-in was pretty easy.

Cons:

It's not really. I didn't like situation.
Both drains in the shower and the sink extremely slow.
In the facilities defense I didn't tell anyone. I just fixed it myself. There was debris in both drains that I was able to clear pretty easily just like at home.
We would definitely stay here again

I highly recommend the Vintage Apartment Hotel.
Pros:

The location was fantastic - right in the middle of downtown. The door code system was very easy to use. The room was very spacious, and easily accommodated a family of 3. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen facilities and provided glassware/plates/silverware were a huge bonus. The bathroom facilities, especially the shower, were excellent. Very good value for the money, and I would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location for the centre of Reykjavík. Comfortable and clean. Good facilities cooking. Decent breakfast and actually used the rolls and cheese as a basis for lunch rolls.

Cons:

A guide to how to use cooler would be nice.

Confortable stay in downtown Reykjavik
Pros:

Location was excellent. Close to various attractions and services. Walking distance to the University campus, where I was attending a conference. Comfortable beds and a nice room. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, would staty there again.
Pros:

very cute, lots of options for cooking. Well located. Love the drying rack.

Cons:

On the a main street it was loud. The push button lock kept saying, battery low, which made me wonder who I could contact if it wouldn't let me in.

I would not return to stay because it’s a location challenge - I know my sleep will be disturbed.
Pros:

I like the convenience, the cleanliness and thank you for providing fragrant coffee pods for us too.

Cons:

I find it noisy. People were talking so loudly just below where we are staying. It’s a night spot area. Even the cashier in the mini mart shop opposite us talked so loudly over the phone and the noise reverberated to our unit while we were sleeping at night. We usually sleep by 11pm due to the next day full day tour but our sleep is often disrupted by the noise past midnight too…. Groups talking loudly, drunk customers vomiting loudly as if they are throwing up their pancreas… it was rather trying for us.

Pros:

Clear check in instructions. Great location with many restaurants and a supermarket in area, close to bus stops, and pleasant walk to Harpa centre and the park. Overall clean. Having a kitchenette was very handy with basic utensils and plates/ cups provided.

Cons:

Since it's in the middle of a busy street with restaurants/ bars, could get noisy in the middle of the night. Shades were also not completely blackout. Bed was a little soft for my liking. Some of the furniture could do with a refresh (e.g. chipped bedside tables) but these are minor concerns.

Stylish place with unbeatable location.
Pros:

The best thing about this place is the location. Right in the heart of the busiest street! Everything is walkable from here. The room was stylish, clean, and well supplied. Everything was so easy and exactly as described. Bed linens were lovely.

Cons:

I don't know if I would do the breakfast option again, as after five days of little variety, I was starting to get tired of it. Delicious though! And so European. The beds were very firm, but mostly comfortable. Occasionally the street noise was a lot.

Excelent place near everything
Pros:

Love the decoration, the location

Cons:

Since is locate right on a popular street and right below a bar you have some noices may by the costumers. In the summer can be a good idea to have a fan in the room so is posible to close the windows to sleep better
