Great base for discovering Reykjavik
Pros:

Convenient location next to shopping district, close to multiple bus stops, good selection of eateries and easy walking distance to many sights that Reykjavik have to offer. Accomodation was clean, with a comfortable bed and everything catered for your stay, plenty of cooking equipment, plates, cutlery etc. Powerful shower, toiletries of high quality, and help yourself to clean towels,bedding coffee when needed located in a cupboard in hallway.Keyless entry system was straightforward to use. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in can highly recommend the vintage apartment hotel, so much so we hope to return in August.

Fantastic! Would recommend wholeheartedly
Pros:

This apartment was adorable, unique, large and perfectly located! As a family of four with two teenagers, there was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchenette allowed us to cook our own breakfasts and was equipped qith everything we needed.

Cons:

My only word of warning is the steps in the bathroom. With a busy tile pattern on the floor, more than one person slipped/stepped off the edge. We moved a fake plant in front of the steps to keep it from happening again. Also, if you're tall, watch your head on the sloped ceilings!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Iceland.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness and comfort.

It was a little loud being by the street. Nothing we couldn’t manage.

Pros:

Die Lage in der Fussgängerzone von Reykjavik. Gegenüber hatte es einen kleinen Laden wo man die wichtigsten Sachen wie Getränke etc. kaufen kann. Auch zwei Häuser weiter gegenüber eine Bäckerei. Einchecken ging problemlos über den Code, den man bekommt. Auch kann man Kaffeekapseln, Tücher etc. In einem Kasten im Gang holen. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice ausser man wünscht es, war für mich aber kein Problem. Abfall kann man auch entsorgen in der untersten Etage.

Cons:

Mein Appartement ging auf die Fussgängerzone raus, ich bin nicht sehr lärmempfindlich. Darum hat es mir nichts ausgemacht. Kann mir aber vorstellen, dass im Sommer schon viel Lärm in der Fussgängerzone herrscht am Abend.

Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, zusätzlich benötigte Kapseln konnten jederzeit aus
einem Schrank im Flur geholt werden
Reinigung kostet 40 €, es ist aber jederzeit möglich aus dem Schrank auf dem Flur frische Handtücher und Badematten zu holen

Cons:

Frühstück kostet 25 € pro Person und Tag, dafür bekommt man vor die Türe täglich pro Person 1 Tüte mit 1 Croissant, 1 Brötchen, 2 halbe Scheiben Käse, 1 Butter, 1 Marmelade, 1 Apfel/Birne und ein kleines Trinkpäckchen Apfel oder Orangensaft
Klar Island ist teuer aber das war enttäuschend!
Das enttäuschendste war, ich wollte Mo mein Frühstück abbestellen für So bzw. am Sa die doppelte Menge haben, da wir bereits um 4.30 Uhr abreisen mussten wegen unserem Flug , war aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht möglich ?!? 50 € für nichts
Alles lief entweder über Mail/booking/telefonisch, keine persönliche Rücksprache möglich
Die Lage war nachts, vor allem am Wochenende , schlecht da es sehr laut war, durch die umliegenden Bars
