Mini-Hotel Moroshka

This wasn't a good experience. They did not provide a good heater while it was really cold. It was not mentioned while booking. Hard to find the hotel. I believe there are much better hotel in this hotel.

Reception 24/24h, clean room, nice bathroom, excellent staff, very nice room breakfast, perfect location.

I wish I had stayed at this hotel. There was a breakdown of the booking and this hotel staff had to find and send us to another hotel that wasn’t as nice as this one, they were very helpful though.

Small hotel in the best position of Moscow. Don't get fooled by the entrance through the building. Rooms are comfy and quiet, clean, staff helpful and the location is priceless.

호텔치곤 가라오케 건물이 있는 곳에 있다는 점이 단점이었지만, 나머진 좋습니다. 특히 호텔 방 디자인이 에스닉하고 매우 청결합니다.

Great mini hotel in the best location of Moscow. Don't get fooled by the anonymous entrance. This mini hotel is great, room spacious clean and confy and very quiet. Includes all the necessary amenities. Breakfast in the room ia tasty and until late. Staffis friendly and helps when needed. Reception 24h. Location is right by metro tverskaya, you can't ask for a better place in Moscow.

There is a tea station in the room, free tea, but not coffee. Coffee lovers: BYOC! There is a water cooler in the hallway

Delightful place. It is tucked in a multi-use building above a really funky Thai restaurant (caution, cash only at the restaurant), so it took us a minute to find it. Lovely staff. One day they thought we were sleeping in so they didn't disturb us and even postponed a small construction project for fear of waking us. They were horrified when we came back after being out all day because they hadn't cleaned our room or picked up our breakfast dishes. We thought it was too sweet of them to not want to wake us. Speaking of breakfast, the breakfast they delivered to our room every morning was so good and by far the best breakfast we had the entire trip. An earlier review was about the unimaginative breakfast, but they have stepped up their game since that review.

The location is very good. Lots of things to do nearby. The staff was very helpful even when the odds were against the place. For example, when we arrived the elevator was not working; that was a big problem for us since my wife has limited mobility and the hotel is in a 4th floor. The staff negotiated with a restaurant in the same building to facilitate the access to our room (and pay our diner for that night). I am sure we are going back to Russia and I will consider this place for our stay in Moscow.

We had a clean and nice room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.acces to this little boutique hotel is through the Thai Bar entrance - a bit hard to find. Only downside is that the A/C did not work for 2 nights, though we were told it would be fixed right away.

Don’t stay at this hotel. Quite deceptive! Very basic yet disguised as luxury, charging as if they were Relais & Chateau. Staff focused on selling, not on offering a good customer experience.

It was wonderful to stay in a very clean room . I didn't like having breakfast in the room. The furniture was beautiful. The staff always helped us in everything we asked.

Считаю, что отель выбрала правильно. Удобный, понравилось дизайнерское решение в оформлении. Стандартный номер достаточно просторный, мебель хорошая, очень понравилось кресло для отдыха. Чистое, приятно пахнущее белье, теплое одеяло. Чувствуется, что гостей ждут. В холле имеется кулер с горячей и холодной водой, фрукты, конфеты, в номере также есть все необходимое, чтобы приятно провести вечер за кружкой чая. Для тех, кто приехал в столицу по делам - это то, что надо. Утром предоставляется континентальный завтрак. До метро "2 шага", а в свободное время совершить прогулку по знаменитой Тверской, даже вечером, одно удовольствие. А если хочется развлечься, то рядом с отелем имеется караоке-бар и в непосредственной близости ресторан. Персонал внимательный и доброжелательный. Уверена, что приеду в этот отель еще раз.
