Versal Arbat Hotel

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um eine Wohnung, in der Zimmer vermietet werden. Die Lage ist aber super. Die Dane spricht aber kein Wort Englisch. Wer authentisch wohnen will, ist da richtig!

Отель - это многокомнатная квартира на 4 этаже, тяжело было найти, так как нет вывески. Будет тяжело подниматься с багажом, так как лифта нет. Общая ванная и душ, общая кухня, туалет.

белья в номере обнаружено не было. девушке-админу( или кто она там?) желаю научиться общаться с клиентами( в том числе и по телефону), ведь не все такие мааааасквичи и знают город. помочь с трансфером или сориентировать как добраться к вам- не такая уж тяжелая задача

Struttura davvero comoda, a due passi da una delle vie principali di Mosca per locali e ristoranti. Struttura che non si può chiamare però hotel. Davvero difficoltoso ( ma molto) trovarlo, non ha un’insegna ne un citofono ma solo la porta blindata e anonima di un condominio. Il personale davvero poco accogliente. Basterebbe davvero poco per far sentire a suo agio turisti stranieri... Malgrado tutto questo e la pecca di avere lenzuola troppo piccole rispettto al letto, il mio giudizio complessivo rimane positivo.
La struttura è ben tenuta, bagno sempre pulito e non da ultimo il pregio di avere una cucina a disposizione per preparare the o caffè. Ottimo per un breve soggiorno a Mosca senza particolari pretese e ad un prezzo davvero vantaggioso.

Bon séjour mais gros manque d'isolation avec la pièce d'accueil, ainsi qu'avec l'extérieur. Un énorme s'est cependant posé : il n'y a aucun signe d'indications pour trouver l'endroit. Nous avons mis 20 min à trouver l'hostel sachant que nous parlions russe, ce qui facilite l'échange, autrement trouver l'hostel n'est pas possible.

I give this "hotel" one star because there is no "zero" star. First of all, it is NOT a hotel at all. When I arrive at the address, the door is locked. No phone number I can call. I knocked for 10 mins and nobody replies. I was standing on the street of Moscow in winter evening, and has no place to go. This is a terrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Arriving was almost a nightmare - there was no sign anywhere that the apartment block contained the Versal Arbat, and no bell visible on the entrance into the block based on the apartment number. I randomly asked a couple of people in the street outside if they knew anything about it, and - by chance - the second person happened to be the lady who runs the Arbat (although I didn't realise this immediately as she speaks no English).

Inside the room was perfectly adequate, though there's only one shared bathroom/WC for the whole apartment (and I think 4 rooms are let out, plus the owner herself), so you sometimes have to queue to use the basic facilities. The bed was comfortable enough; there was adequate storage space, but communication was difficult (even with my Russian phrase book).You could also use the kitchen, to make snacks, cups of tea etc., though I'm not sure about the fridge.

It's not a hotel but a appartement in a flat, which rooms are being rent out as hotel rooms. Only one, dirty and smelly kitchen, to be shared with all the guests. The same goes for the toilet/bathroom. Everything inside is old, mostly broken. The owner also lives there and here stuff is all over the place.
