Disappointing
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Staff not friendly and not welcoming
They don't respond when you say good morning, they don't smile back when you smile at them.
They don't ask how your stay was at the checkout.
It was my first and last time staying at this hotel.

Strong pluses and negatives!
Pros:

The location is a 10+, staff are great and the restaurant had yummy food. However, our room was the size of a closet with only room for one chair. One of us had to sit on the bed when we were in the room. The internet wouldn’t even allow us to stream Netflix or watch TV on our computer. And we are Diamond members and had to pay Nashville Destination charges and parking. Over $200 for two nights. Look around for a better deal.
