Hotel Bunsizanisi

My stay at this hotel was ok, but EXTREMELY overpriced. This is at most a 2 star hotel. The room had cobwebs and dust all over when we got there. The first day our room was not even cleaned. The sink was leaking, and despite being “repaired” it flooded the room twice. We only got toiletries once, despite paying $250 a night. The pool was not cleaned very often, and the “poolside bar” that I was so excited about was never open. Our room’s only security was a padlock, not even a door handle. The room I got did not have a private balcony like I was expecting. There is absolutely nothing close to the hotel, so If you’re hungry you’re out of luck. I asked where I could get delivery from, and they gave me the number to a pizza place that was closed, and another place that didn’t answer the phone. The restaurants are across a very dangerous avenue that you have to jaywalk across, and definitely don’t wanna be walking around there at night. Overall, the best part of my stay were the resident hotel dogs who are super friendly and lovely.

Es un bonito lugar, tranquilo y hermoso. Solo apto para personas que gustan de caminar, no habia posibilidades de comida alli eso es lo único que mejoraria

El hotel estuvo bien en general, con una espectacular vista, ricos desayunos, un lugar diferente, y muy buenos y amables hosts, sin embargo tiene ciertas áreas de oportunidad que en las fotos no se logra apreciar y son verdades a medias, por ejemplo:
No hay agua caliente
No hay puerta en el baño, lo que hace muy incomodo entrar al baño o bañarte si vas con alguien más que no sea tu pareja, incluso si vas solo con tu pareja no tener puerta en un baño es antihigienico.
El hotel está en lo alto de una montañita, por lo cual llegar es un poco complicado, es necesario subir en taxi cuando traes maletas o estás cansado.
Para llegar a los cuartos y/o Lobby es necesario subir y bajar escalones, lo cual lo hace casi imposible si vas con maletas grandes.
La alberca estaba fría y sucia (siempre tuvo hojas, nunca vi que se molestaran en limpiarla)
No dan opciones de desayuno, sí la reservación incluye desayuno sin embargo no te preguntan si comes ciertos alimentos, o si eres alérgico, etc.
Llegamos ya tarde (por la noche) y no estaba la host, estaba un chico que cuida y el no tenía registrada la reservación, tardamos al rededor de 15 minutos para obtener nuestro cuarto.
Batallamos mucho con el internet, ya que en los cuartos se iba la señal por mucho tiempo.

Hard to find even though it is located in Rodadero. Taxi did not no where it was. It is located on a steep hillside, so getting there was impossible for an underpowered taxi with 5 passengers ad luggage. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a nice simple breakfast.

El hotel es muy lindo, el personal super amable y el dueño tambien. Pasamos una linda estadia. El desayuno muy rico y linda vista
