Topp 5 på vår långa lista över hotell. Inget att anmärka på alls.
Pros:

Personalens bemötande var välkomnande och positivt. Rummet välstädat och trivsamt och sängarna mycket sköna! Fantastiskt fin frukost och bra med två mycket olika restauranger i huset. Lättillgänglig parkeringsplats.

Pros:

Bra frukost, med mycket att välja på. God äggröra! Fint rum. Bra läge, nära till Konsert-kongresshallen, dit vi skulle gå på konsert.

I've like the hotel because is in the center and the train and buss is near.

I just only had problem because theres no have face towel. I was expectations the have face towel supposed to be because if the will shower the can use scrub small face towel. most of the hotel I did checked in is always have a small face towel. And then the price is pricely and then I was asked to the receptionist to move to another rooms that I can see the castle or Infront, so the helped me to move another room and I was expectations I was described to the receptionist, then I was disappointed because still in other side the booked me and still the same my previous room is another side I can see the castle. My point is I paid extra money to the receptionist to move another room city view or the castle but still the same the room what I have the previous room. anytime just only my side. everything is nice the hotel.

Hotell med perfekt läge men det bästa var den mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående personalen.
Pros:

Vi möttes av en mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal och bjöds på bubbel när vi checkade in. Frukosten var väldigt fräsch och innehåll det man förväntar sig och lite till. Dessutom gick personal runt och erbjöd och serverade kaffe vid bordet, mycket trevligt. Bra parkering i garage.
