Pros:

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from city centre. Safe parking. The room was large and well equipped (with a kitchen). The cleanliness was also okay.

Cons:

The hotel is quite run down and needs a complete renovation. The hotel area is not exactly the best.

Do not recommend! Downgraded room and terrible communication
Cons:

I definitely do not recommend this property. We booked an Executive Apartment with a bathtub and a pool view specifically for content creation and media collaboration. At check-in, the reception gave us a lower-standard room (no bathtub, separate beds, no pool view) without informing us about the downgrade. They only admitted the mistake after we complained, but offered a room change after 15:00 (only for the bed and bathtub), when we were already out in the city. The receptionist Uliana was highly unprofessional, lied in written messages, and tried to blame us for their mistake. Later, the hotel completely ignored our messages. In the end, booking customer support had to step in and issued us a refund after reviewing our evidence. Terrible communication, zero professionalism, and misleading practices.

Nechci hodnotit hotel špatně. Služby v pořádku. Bohužel vliv okolí kazí dojem.
Pros:

Přístup a vstřícnost personálu uplně v pohodě.

Cons:

Hluk z okolí a teplo na pokoji. S otevřeným oknem se nedalo spát kvůli nekonečné romské párty prakticky po celý víkend. S zavřeným oknem bylo v pokoji příliš teplo. Pokoje neklimatizované.

Pros:

Pokoje byly hezké, rekontruované a čisté, postel byla pohodlná.
Pri delším pobytu je fajn, že součástí je pokojů vybavená kuchyňka.
Snídaně byla chutná, výběr ok, také je součástí restaurace mini obchůdek.

Cons:

Tohle se netýká hotelu samotného, ale lokality. Zpátky jsme se večer vraceli raději Boltem.
