An absolutely pleasant, fresh, and modern accommodation. There are plenty of parking spaces.
Pros:

- We were a 7-minute walk from the center; we explored everything without using public transport.
- The accommodation is clean and sophisticated, an absolutely positive experience; I would stay here again anytime.
- The breakfast is delicious.
- Fortunately, the mattress is not too soft (before anyone gets worried, it's not hard either :) ); it was optimal for us.

Cons:

- The huge air conditioning heat exchangers in the courtyard are a bit noisy. I was the only one out of eight people bothered by it, but I am noise-sensitive, so I always sleep with earplugs anyway :)
- The Wi-Fi code was not displayed in the room, so we could only ask for it the next day.
- Was a negative aspect was the receptionist on duty upon our arrival. Fortunately, our contact with him was only 20 minutes during our entire stay, yet he made a rather bad impression on us. Since I booked the accommodation, I was the one who initially contacted him verbally – first in German, as that is my foreign language.
He was disdainful, and from that point on, his attitude remained inappropriate, even after I let my English-speaking friend take over. Following that first interaction, he wasn't kind to my English-speaking friend or the others either. There were eight of us, and we were patient throughout.
The other receptionists were all lovely :)

Pros:

Lokacija oddaljena peš le nekaj minut od mestnega središča, preprost dostop, možnost parkirišča. Zajtrk z bogato izbiro različnih jedi, kjer se najde za vsakogar nekaj.

Cons:

Ob rezervaciji sem povprašal po možnosti breglutenskega zajtrka, dobil potrjeno, vendar ob samem zajtrku izvedel, da le tega ne morejo zagotoviti ... malce razočaranja ob skromni ponudbi jogurta in umešanih jajc ... še dobro, da sem to predvideval in si v centru prejšnji večer nabavil kruh in sladice

Pros:

This is a budget hotel located a short walk from the city center. The room was spacious, with a kitchen counter, stove and fridge.

Cons:

I did not use the kitchen, but a coffee machine would have been welcome. Or at least some instant coffee, given that a kettle was provided.

The hotel has a gym and a spa, but there is a separate fee to use these, which I did not realize when booking this hotel. I don't think I have ever seen a hotel that would charge the guests to use the gym.

Zimmer klein, mäßig sauber, schlechtes Raumklima (überwärmt)

Rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt - verrauchte Zimmer
für den Preis sehr einfaches Frühstücksbuffet mit zwar netter, aber überforderter Servicekraft trotz geringen Andrangs

Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo OK, vrátane raňajok. Za bránou hotela bol vlastne iný svet, v pozitívnom zmysle.

Cons:

Lokalita vyzerala pomerne divoko. Strážené parkovanie bolo za 15€/noc, čo mi pri lokalite prišlo trochu ako využitie situácie. Objednával som 3 izby (6 osôb), prišli sme len 5, ale s cenou sa nedalo "nič robiť". Z pohľadu ceny, minimálne 1 posteľ, uteráky zostali nedotknuté. Aj keď chápem storno podmienky, nerozumiem celkom tomuto "trendu", očakával by som mozno trochu ústretovosti (pri tomto počte osôb).
