If you go to Budva... YOU MUST STAY HERE!
Pros:

Whatever you do, if you travel to Budva, STAY HERE!!!! We were SO sad we onlyhad two nights, as I wish we had spent at least five nights. When I say gorgeous... WHOA! The beach is insane. The grounds are prestine. The staff is over the top accomidating. We were upgraded to an appartment with heated floors. Heated towel racks. Complimentary prosecco and snacks. And right on the beach! They also have a free water taxi to Old Town, which is WAY better than Kotor Old Town. We absolutely LOVED our stay and cannot wait to go back. Just extrodinary and wonderful!

Pros:

The resort location ,buggy service around the hotel & boat taxi service to old town were commendable.
The Sea front restaurant was superb .The baked prawns a must have.

Cons:

Upon arrival the reception staff were very unfriendly and cold and made it amply clear that they were not happy having U as their guests.They continued working on their systems as if U didn't exist.
This after a long 10 hr( flight &drive from Tivat airport) travel was not acceptable .
To top it the receptionist literally was forcing me to sign on someone else's booking form by changing only the email Id .Only upon my refusal and insistence did she print out the booking form in my name.
And then started the long tussle to get the room for which we had actually paid for.Complete lack of attention to detail or a plan I can't say but we were being pushed into taking a huge cold 1 bedroom room apartment without a sea view while I was very sure I wanted a cosy Hotel room with a sea view .I had to fight for the room we had booked though they tried to cover up later saying we were giving U a huge upgrade.
Absolutely horrific until a lady called lily stepped in and covered up for the choas created by Catherine/Christina I cant remember her name.
The rest of the service & restaurant staff were exceptional

It is basically Aman-level service in the best location of Budwa. Anyone ahould go to Budwa just to spend some time in Dukley.

Amazing hotel and people
Pros:

We recently had a group of 70 guests staying at Dukley Gardens in Budva, and I can honestly say that everything was phenomenal from beginning to end.

The location is absolutely amazing — beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere, and a perfect setting for both relaxation and group travel. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and ideal even for larger groups.

What really made the difference was the staff and the level of service. Everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and with great attention to detail, which is extremely important when managing a group of this size.

A very special thank you and recognition to Milica and her team. They were outstanding throughout the entire process — professional, responsive, organized, and always ready to help. Their support made the experience truly exceptional.

We highly recommend Dukley Gardens and look forward to coming back again with future groups.

“Dukley hotel is the place stay”
Pros:

My wife & I are enjoying a two week holiday here at the Dukley. On arrival from Tivat airport by hire car and were greeted by the Valet parking young man who took the car keys and transferred our luggage to an E buggy and on to reception by the lovely driver called Philip. At reception we were greeted by Vaso, front of house manager and his receptionist Christina. After checking in we went back on the buggy with Marina the Concierge who pointed out all the amenities as we travelled to our apartment. Philip & Marina carried all our luggage up to our apartment on the second floor. It was spacious with stunning sea views from both the bedroom and balcony off the lounge. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean with all mod cons including a kitchen with induction hob, oven & fridge freezer. After a very comfortable night we called for a buggy in the morning to take us to the restaurant for breakfast. The buggy arrived in seconds driven by Milan. I have to also mention Jefto V who also had driven us around the complex, they were all so polite and helpful. Breakfast had a vast choice of foods to suit everyone’s taste. Dinner in the evening also had a very yummy selection to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were impeccably dressed, polite and kind. I have to give a mention to Nikola, the manager and his staff Gabriel, Milos and Maria they are all an asset to the hotel. The grounds cover a vast area with an amazing array of plants & trees. This hotel is like no other and if you decide to visit Budva the Dukley is the place to stay.

Exceptional service and views
Pros:

The location is incredibly beautiful, and a scenic 25mins walk to old town over the coast. The hotel is luxurious and we had spa access included with our room. Excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant overlooking the beach, they had a great variety of breakfast options including eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, and pastries; complemented by exceptional service. Hotel is very intimate and romantic which was perfect for us, we loved it so much we’re planning to come annually. Hotel reception, Tanja and Christina were wonderful. They helped us book restaurants and gave us many recommendations during our stay.
This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, absolutely worth every penny.

Amazing resort, friendly staff!
Pros:

We booked a place in late April (Menuet Apartments) in Budva with the roof pool not open for the season. Dukley Resort reservations team kindly let us use their infinity pool,free of charge. The drinks were reasonable for a premium resort and staff were very friendly. We will visit again before we return home
