Fairly decent location. Clean. Wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

The room and hotel generally were clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The hotel’s location is 15 minutes walk to the underground. It has decent bus services within 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The kitchen is tiny and equipped only with a kettle, small fridge and even smaller cooker hob. The hotel is very basic. I would argue the pictures don’t represent the rooms as they really are. Two complaints, one major:
The TV didn’t work. No channels and no AirPlay options either.
More seriously, the window broke (it burst open) and in -5 degree temperatures, we were eager to get the window fixed. The latch on the widow was old and broken. As there was no one on reception, we called the emergency number that was given to us on our welcome sheet. The person answering tried to fix the broken window over the telephone!!!!! After insisting that it was possible for me, he finally agreed to come to our room. That never happened. 40 minutes later, after a trip around the hotel to find someone who could help, it was finally sorted. These things happen, but the way this was originally dealt with was totally unacceptable. Especially as this was only around 9.30pm on a Saturday. Not such a late or busy hour to be left without any help.
