Pros:

There are no signs in english saying ameer al sharq. The sign on the hotel actually says orient hotel. The entrance is on the right side of the hotel. This hotel is a budget hotel and you will get what you pay for. Do not expect much. The location is right across the street from the roman amphitheater and just at the base of the hill of the amman citadel. There are some restaurants near. One good thing is that If you have breakfast included with your room, they will bring it up at the time that you request. Other than that it is a no frills no thrills hotel.

Nice hotel close to Amphitheatre
Pros:

Stayed here for two days. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even gave me breakfast earlier than normal. Would stay again.
