Pros:

Me obligaron a cancelar la reserva, un par de horas antes del check in. Segun ellos por un error al cobro. Pero esa no era mi responsabilidad. Ya que yo reserve segun la pagina booking.

Cons:

Fueron despotas con el huesped, ante un error de ellos. Tuve mucho problema, para encontrar alojamiento, tan encima.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, es un hotel horrible.
Cons:

Es un hotel muy malo para el precio:
1. Los baños se tapan generando inundaciones en la habitación.
2. El servicio de restaurante muy malo, poco aseo, manteles sucios, salen pelos en la comida, las moscas se paran en la comida.
3. La habitación doble es muy pequeña, no tienen opción de cama king.
4. Cero ventilación en la habitaciones no cuenta con ventanas que se puedan abrir.
5. El servicio al cliente no existe, los empleados no atienden bien.
6. Una de mis hijas se enfermó por gastroenteritis después de haber estado en la cena del 31 de diciembre en el hotel.

Pros:

The staff all around was great. Everyone was helpful from the front desk to the dining staff and even the housekeepers! Tatiana even took the time to do my hair, show me some great places to dine and learn abit of Spanish!

Cons:

The breakfast was something that certainly felt skipable.
