Pros:

Piscina limpia. Cama cómoda. Desayuno rico y variado. Zona húmeda espectacular.

Cons:

Jacuzzi sucio y apagado. Paredes con grietas, cerámicas caidas, ascensor empolvado y sucio. Entiendo que por el terremoto hubo afectaciones pero no deberían entregar habitaciones en ese estado.

No volvería al hotel
Pros:

En la recepción había un chico crespo, que hizo un comentario inapropiado cuando llegue a la recepción. Y soy una chica que hijo sola y no debería tener comentarios inapropiados del persona del hotel.

Cons:

Que los chicos que atendían la cafetería en la noche no sabía, no tenían registro de los productos consumidos cuando fui a pagar.

NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA UNA FAMILIA CON NIÑOS O ADULTO MAYOR O ALGUIEN CON DISCAPACIDAD

solo necesitaba el hotel para quedarme unos dias con mi mamá que la vine a visitar, ella tiene 92 años...

Cons:

La falta de atención y empatía, mi hermana y mi prima llegaron en la mañana a ayudarme a arreglar a mi mamá y por mas que le dijimos al recepcionista que las dejara subir a ayudarla pq mi mamá tiene Alzheimer y esta en silla de rueda, él no nos dejó subir, para que en la tarde que estaba la recepcionista (otra persona) dijo; claro que pueden subir, si es un adulto mayor que necesita ayuda extra... terrible atención, además el baño es peligrosisimo, no tiene piso antideslizante, cuando entramos a bañar a mi mamá, ella se resbaló, gracias a Dios la pudimos sostener y nos tocó bañarla sentada en una silla...
