Unprofessional reception staff at night, No responses for the after care
Pros:

Quiet room, good sound isolation, comfortable and stable bed (Not the case in the apartment room. The room was spacious but all the facility was VERY old.) Daytime staff (The manager and ladies) are professional and friendly.

Cons:

The reception person at night (male) did not know any information of my room transfer, he disturbed other guest who was already sleeping, check around the notes, asked me irrelevant questions and finally took me to the new room. It was already 1am when I arrived my room.
He did't leave soon, I asked him quite a few times to leave the room. It was very unpleasant experience.
I've contacted about it to the property and Booking.com. Their answers have been "Nothing happened, everything was ok." Now I am in a contact with Booking.com and they are contacting to the property and the property has been ignoring to answer for this case. I really hope they answer and take care of this case professionally soon.

Mi è stata assegnata una stanza al piano terra la n. 007 destinata sicuramente ad un cliente disabile ma io non lo sono. Il lavandino molto basso, la doccia senza portine....inoltre dal bagno arrivava costantemente un odore insopportabile di fogna.
