Struttura centrale per quella zona, buona la colazione, pulito l’albergo

Era doveroso essere informati dalla struttura che stanno facendo una palazzina proprio fuori l’albergo, e che i lavori iniziano alle 6 di mattina con trapani martelli pneumatici… avevamo i muratori in camera quando aprivamo le finestre

Extremely disappointing – poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and false information about parking.
Pros:

The only thing we liked was the breakfast.

Cons:

From the first impression to the last, we do not recommend this hotel at all.

Hygiene was very poor – the stairs in the room were never cleaned, the shower had mold, the shower head was broken, there was no shampoo, and the drain was clogged so water wouldn’t go down. Even after the room was “cleaned,” the shower was left full of water.

Check-in was unacceptable. We arrived around 8 PM and the receptionist was sitting in the breakfast area with a friend, ignoring us for more than 10 minutes until we approached him ourselves. Instead of completing the check-in properly, they wanted to scan our IDs using a phone. The staff member did not speak English, and we had to insist that he contact someone else.

Be aware of the deposit – although it says €100, it was not clearly communicated. We were told it would be returned within 24 hours after check-out, but we had to follow up ourselves, and it was only returned after 3 days. They do not give you conformation that the deposit will be returned.

Parking – there is NO parking. Do not rely on the claim of free street parking, as it is not true. We were initially told to park in front of the hotel, but the next day another staff member told us that it is not allowed. We struggled to find paid parking, and there is no free option.

The street is full of bars and drunk people. Our room faced a construction site just 50 cm from the window – there was no daylight at all, the room felt like a cave. Also, two power outlets in the room were not working.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Ambiente pulito ordinato,camera bella e spaziosa. Gentilezza e cordialità del personale sempre disponibili e sorridenti... Posizione eccellente per chi cerca divertimento, ma anche per spostarsi con i bus. Sicuramente ci ritornerei

Comunque aveva anche dei difetti
Pros:

La posizione strategica e letto e cuscini comodi. Bagno a parte, con alcune cose da rivedere, tutto il resto ha soddisfatto le nostre necessità.

Cons:

La vasca da bagno ha un muretto di 20cm da svalicare per entrarvi, oltre al fatto che dopo 2 di 4 docce l’acqua aveva allagato tutto il bagno. Ci sono stati forniti 4 teli doccia e solo 1 asciugamano viso che abbiamo dovuto condividere fino a quando ne abbiamo chiesti altri e quindi hanno provveduto a darcene altri 3 contati. Erba finta vicino al wc, di cui era rivestita la vasca, antiestetica e antigenica.
