Pros:

L'accueil du personnel

L'emplacement. Arrêts de bus à moins de 5mn à pied, et métro à quelques stop. Très rapide

Cons:

L’hôtel mériterait d’être rafraîchi. Je trouve dommage que, malgré plusieurs commentaires allant dans ce sens, les améliorations nécessaires n’aient pas encore été réalisées.

Bien qu’il soit situé dans un quartier qui ne compte pas parmi les plus propres d’Athènes — ce qui semble être relativement fréquent dans certains secteurs de la ville — l’établissement dispose d’un réel potentiel. Avec quelques travaux de rénovation, il pourrait devenir une excellente adresse pour séjourner à Athènes.

Le ménage gagnerait également à être plus rigoureux. Nous avons constaté des taches de sang sur le sommier ainsi que des poils ou des cheveux sur le protège-matelas. Le tapis de la chambre mériterait d’être remplacé, et un éclairage plus lumineux serait appréciable, en particulier le soir.

Par ailleurs, certains équipements nécessitent une intervention : le boîtier de la climatisation, la lampe, les jets de la baignoire devraient être remplacés, les étagères des tables de nuit mériteraient d’être correctement fixées, et le sèche-cheveux devrait être renouvelé.

The room was in an unacceptable condition. The bed sheets had clearly not been changed and smelled strongly of sweat from previous guests. There was dirt and grime everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard.

We had bedbugs in our bed!!!!! Absolutely not acceptable.
The room was overall pretty run down, the towels ripped and it smelled like a smokers hotel.

Pros:

Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Window latch was broken, window would slide open over time. The AC did not function, the open wall plug did not work. Room was clean and quiet. As a place to sleep it was good for the time of year I was there.

Η τοποθεσία. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στην όμορφη πλατεία της Φωκίωνος Νέγρη.

Το ένα κομοδίνο ήθελε επισκευή. Δεν είχε παντόφλες μιας χρήσης στο δωμάτιο και έπρεπε να τις ζητήσεις από τη ρεσεψιόν. Δεν είχε σαμπουάν για τα μαλλιά, αλλά αντ' αυτου είχε
δύο αφρόλουτρα.
