Once grand hotel, in a great location that could be great again with a little effort.
Pros:

1. The location on Rainbow Street was perfect, very near boutiques, food choices, and entertainment.
2. The staff was super friendly and accommodating

Cons:

1. The room itself was dirty when we checked in, to the point where we could write our names on any flat surface.
2. The door key was an actual key, and the lock would not lock without much effort; even then, the door would open with a hard push.
