Pros:

Very convenient location for the airport. Everything was clean and staff was very nice. They have a lovely roof top bar, restaurant with great views of Leon. Menu was limited but I think that’s because it hadn’t caught on yet. Lots of potential.

La piscina estaba algo sucia, yo disfruto mucho de nadar lo que me agrada es que no hay mucha gente y puedo disfrutar de la piscina estuviera genial fuera mas tibia, los cuartos son amplios y las camas son muy confortables el top y los mas agradable es que no te tocan en la habitación y te despiertan temprano para la limpieza, respetan mucho la privacidad, a pesar de este inconveniente definitivamente es un lugar al que regresaría.

Never stay again and will tell others to steal clear
Pros:

Rude manager and courtesy van did not show up at airport after they asked me for flight. Lied and said van was broken but I saw driver in van taking a guest to airport. Cost me turmoil at airport and cost me 350 pesos plus tip for taxi! No apologies and many lies. Restaurant didn’t have ANY wine. Said none left!!!I have proof of all info. and will be contacting their general manager. Bad experience. No person at entrance for assistance.
