Pros:

Stayed 2 nights had maid service after 1st night. Hotel in general and our room very clean. Someone at front desk all the time.

Cons:

$20.00 per night for parking. Quite a few hotels doing that. Basically just an add on to your stay.

will be hesitant on returning to this location as were in orlando 6 to 8 times a year
Pros:

the location of the hotel to the parks is ideal. the staff were decent and mono toned but i get it why they are the job is probably boring , the major factor was the location for us so we were close to the parks

Cons:

the breakfast was cold and crowded , the dining room smelled liek chemcicals burning so left bad taste in mouth after breakfast, there was dispute between employees that sunday over something that needed to be done and the one refused so it was disruptive and didnt need to be seen by my children
