Everything outside of location was disappointing
Pros:

Location, room size

Cons:

NOISE from outside! You can’t sleep if your room facing the street, I was never so tired in my life.
Breakfast is awful. Elevator is so slow and you can’t use the stairs. Check in is at 10am!!! You need to fight with other rooms for the iron.

Над нами був дах з баром, і ми постійно чули, як рухають столи. Не було шампуню, що дуже дивно за таку ціну. Нам запропонували мити волосся гелем для душа. Увечері та вночі дуже гучно, спали з берушами

Frühstück na ja.... Filterkaffee 😏 wenn man Kaffee bestellt ist einer Gratis jeder weitere ist zum bezahlen. Gläser musste man ständig fragen waren immer aus!!!!
Speisekarte wurde uns nie eine gebracht haben nur am Nachbartisch gesehen was man bestellen könnte wäre nicht schlecht wenn auf jeden Tisch eine Karte wäre.
Buffet nichts besonderes....

Non può essere un 4 stelle. Comodo ma deludente.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima che rende facili gli sostamenti.

Cons:

Prima colazione molto scadente rispetto al prezzo pagato. Assenza di una hall-salottini dove sostare. Quartiere rumorosissimo che non consente un riposo notturno.

Le camere erano abbastanza belle ma non funzionava niente e rumorosissime

Cons:

Rumorosa notte e giorno in una maniera insopportabile. Avevo la stanza sotto la terrazza ed è impossibile riposare, talmente tanto fracasso da restare svegli per 2 notti. Entrambe le tv della stanza non funzionavano e lo staff , nonostante ci fossero delle stanze di pari metratura o più piccole a disposizione (ho controllato sul loro sito internet e su Booking) non hanno fatto niente per farci cambiare stanza e parliamo di 480€ per 2 notti. Staff imbarazzante

Pros:

Location is very good. Still there is not car access to the hotel, you will need to walk 50m.I liked that who prepared the room wrote me a nice welcoming message. Very close to nice restaurants.

Cons:

The window was literally facing a wall and the room was noisy because there is a rooftop terrace. Overall the area is noisy as there are many restaurants. The towels looked clean but rather old. The breakfast is mandatory, starts at 07.30 and I could not enjoy it as I had an early flight and no compensation has been provided.

Handy for what we needed.
Pros:

Central location. View from the terrace. Jelena was very helpful.

Cons:

Asked for a taxi to be booked, but not accommodated. Noisy due yo building works. Large bathroom but no bath. Staff on Terrace level were reluctant to support the extras on offer.
