Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, πραγματικά στην καρδιά της Βαλέτας, με όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα, τα καταστήματα και τα εστιατόρια σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό, άνετο και περιποιημένο και γενικά νιώσαμε πολύ ευχάριστα σε όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε.
Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένες από την επιλογή μας. Για κάποιον που θέλει να μείνει στο κέντρο της Βαλέτας και να μπορεί να εξερευνήσει την πόλη εύκολα με τα πόδια, το Manoel Hotel είναι εξαιρετική επιλογή. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
La localisation de l’hôtel (malgré le bruit de la rue) plein centre.
Le confort de la chambre, vue sur ville selon notre demande.
Le toit-terrasse.
Le petit-déjeuner est moyen; thé et café dans Thermos, peu de choix.
Le fait que le restaurant du toit-terrasse soit « ouvert » à tout le monde (non précisé il me semble au moment de la réservation).
L’absence de personnel la nuit.

Det var ikke opplyst om at hotellet lå i bargaten i Valletta, så det var en del støy på natten. Det plaget ikke oss nevneverdig, men burde vært opplyst om I omtalen av hotellet.
Dagen etter ankomst oppdaget vi at døren til hotellrommet ikke gikk an å låse. Vi informerte personalet i resepsjonen om dette, men det tok to dager før det var ordnet.
Dagen før vi skulle reise spurte vi i resepsjonen om de kunne bestille taxi til oss, da vi skulle reise kl. 05:00 dagen etter. Resepsjonisten bekreftet at de skulle bestille taxi til oss og at vi kunne betale for denne i resepsjonen når vi kom tilbake til hotellet på kvelden. Videre tilbudte hotellet "breakfast to go" for gjester som hadde avreise før frokosten åpnet (kl. 07:30). Også dette skulle gjøres klar til vi kom tilbake etter dagens gjøremål. Ingen av delene ble gjort. Gjennomgående var det mangelfull kommunikasjon mellom de ulike ansatte på hotellet, som skapte en del frustrasjon. Dette inntrykket ble ikke bedre når vi kom tilbake på hotellet etter siste dags utflukt og strømmen var gått tidligere på dagen. Hotellet hadde ingen plan for hva de skulle gjøre med strømbruddet, selv om det ble opplyst om at dette pleide å skje om sommeren(?). Siste kveld og natt på hotellet ble derfor tilbrakt uten verken lys eller aircondition på rommet. Med unormalt høye temperaturer i Valletta (over 40 grader) ble dette en svært ubehagelig natt, som dessverre preger totalinntrykket fra oppholdet. Det ble som følge av strømbruddet heller ikke noe frokost eller mulighet for å lade telefoner før vi forlot hotellet for en hel dag på reise.

Mega lokalizacja w samym centrum Valetty. Centrum i zabytki pod nosem. Dodatkowo rewelacyjna baza wypadowa na zwiedzenia całej Malty. Czystość, uprzejmość, śniadania super. Gorąco Polecam.
