Die Reservierung der ersten Nacht hat nicht geklappt. Wir bekamen in einem anderen Haus ein Zimmer, aber uns wurde bestätigt, dass wir das Geld für die erste Nacht retour bekommen. Bisher ist nichts refundiert worden.
Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. The staff were very friendly and amenable.
Especially regarding vegan options .
Taxi booked via the hotel didn’t turn up . Paid in advance . Booked my own taxi yet still haven’t received any refund for the original taxi.
Location was perfect, breakfast was fine, i didnt test the full menu but that was fine, room was basic but clean, just somewhere to lay my head really.
i was on the 4th floor, so directly under the o'sole roof terrace bar. it did get noisy but the hotel did provide ear plugs.
La ubicación la atención del personal
Priveliștea e superbă de la ultimul etaj, pentru micul dejun. Personalul extrem de amabil și de ajutor. Personalul chiar ține cont de orele pe care le menționați că veți ajunge, să vă cazați. Un alt mare plus e mesajul de pe whatsapp cu explicațiile legate de cazare.
Micul dejun sărăcăcios, deși îl aveam inclus în preț, am preferat să mâncăm în oraș, în altă parte.
Camerele necesită renovare, deoarece se văd urmele altor călători pe pereți.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο το δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα, το προσωπικό πολυ εξυπηρετικό, και το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, πλήρες και με ωραία θέα στην ταράτσα!
Δεν είχε τηλέφωνο η ντουζιέρα, που θα χρειαζόταν. Είχε ελαφρώς φασαρία, λόγω του ότι βρίσκεται δίπλα σε μαγαζιά, όμως πολυ ανεκτή.

Where to start? No storage in the room or in the bathroom, no place to put toiletries in the shower, our sink was chipped, the wall in our room had long scratches in it, the bed was pretty small, it was very noisy at night and in the morning (we were on the fourth floor), the door to our room had to be slammed shut (which I’m sure disturbed our neighbours) and the breakfast was pitiful.

Eccessivamente cara non c’era una giustificazione per chiedere quasi 200 euro a notte. Ho soggiornato 5 notti dopo la prima e la seconda che ho passato quasi in bianco perché al primo piano e finestre sulla strada piena di locali. Sono salita Ale terzo con una porta di terrazzo a piena di motori per aria condizionata. Ma almeno silenziosa.

Hotel pickup offered thru the hotel was our best ever. Follow that with a pleasant welcome, spacious, comfortable room, good breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace and a great location, what more did we need?
There was nothing not to like, but I will say, the elevator sometimes seemed to have a mind of its own.
Tutto positivo: posizione, pulizia, personale ad eccezione della colazione. È al quinto piano: terrazza piacevole ma personale non accogliente e non efficiente, ma sopratutto varietà e qualità del cibo mediocre. Assolutamente non in sintonia con il resto. Credo infatti sia una gestione a sé stante
