Man that was way more then 5 Star Service
Pros:

I had a mini fridge which supplied me enough goodies to last the night and in the morning I got room service. I had pancakes. I stayed there for approximately a week I had a blast. The people there are very friendly.

Pros:

Кровать неудобная для сна, пол проваливается при входе в комнату. При входе слишком строгие меры безопасности, ключи отбирают, спрашивают куда! Завтрак нормальный, и выбор и качество устроили вполне.

Pros:

A good standard Soviet-style hotel used for a stopover. Breakfast was so-so as regards taste. Loved Cheboksary - especially tractor museum virtually opposite hotel, and the Terrasa restaurant next to lake on a the promenade where the majority of people seem to congregate. Will go back again.

В целом весьма прилично, из недостатков- достаточно бедный завтрак (шведский стол), высокий вход в душевую- мне всё равно, рост позволяет, а кому-то будет тяжело перелезать. Персонал очень вежливый, регистрация прошла очень быстро. Ценник вменяемый. Отель понравился.

В целом не плохо. Чисто, уютно, вежливый персонал. Не плохо было бы в номере добавить стаканы и тапочки.

Friendly Team, Spotlessly Clean
Pros:

After a long journey from London Gatwick to Cheboksary it was a pleasure arriving at the hotel, easy check in and upon entering my hotel room very very pleased to see how clean it was

I am so fussy with where I lay my head & body that I carry my own pillow case & sheets BUT didn't even have to get them out of my case THE BED & ROOM WAS SPOTLESS

The whole team from Reception, Cleaners & Restaurant Team were amazing

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Good price/performance balance
Pros:

I can not say the inner decoration of the rooms is the strong point if this hotel.
But it is very clean and the stuff is really friendly.
Additionally they offer transport to the airport for 200Rb the half of what I paid to go there, as also to Railway station.
Free Wireless internet access everywhere, and the breakfast is ok!(do not expect an italian level cappuccino).
I would go again!

Pros:

Good hotel the female staff were very good here. The hotel has a nice gym but is housed in a
weird kind of shopping mall. Don't think I would stay here again as there are better locations in Russia

Pros:

I liked this hotel!

Clean and comfortable. Good size double room, en suite.

Breakfast is in the cafe next to the hotel and was perhaps a little unusual.
