OK, but much room for improvement
Pros:

On the good side, the staff were very nice and friendly.
But there are issues of maintenance: many things not working properly: AC, water pressure, interphone, towels, etc.
The name of the hotel is Alfa but the only sign in the street points to the "Fressy" hotel. The name of the street also is different. Nobody in the neighborhood seems to know where this hotel is. Taxi drivers have trouble finding it.
Communication with the staff in English is difficult.
WiFi internet worked well all the time.
