It was clean and helpful staff. Location is good
No lift, we had to take stairs.
Toilet had no shataf so it was not convenient for me.
Taps were leaking.
I stay at the hotel once a year when on Western Uganda. Stayed 2 days before and this on the way back. It is a lovely oasis. Very comfortable good food. The staff are excellent, the location is great. Can sit on the balcony overlooking the lake and lawn. I just enjoy my stay

I have stayed here before a number of times. Outstanding hotel for Uganda. A lovely oasis. Calm peaceful. Good rooms and shower. Nice balcony overlooking lake and lawns. Food is very good. Delicious pizza. Safe and secure. I always try and arrange to stay when annually visiting western Uganda

The property is located in a quiet place. It's old and well maintained.Hotel internet is quite slow and the menu choices are also limited. However, what is available is well prepared.
