Richtig gutes Hotel, in dem man sich erholen kann.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Super sauber, toller Pool (kühl und erfrischend), richtig gute Matratzen, fabelhaftes Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten. Das haben wir bedauert.

Everything. Lovely breakfast. Most comfortable bed I've slept in, including my own!
Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Coffee, noodles, fruit available in the lobby, perfect for a late arrival.

Pros:

The food at the hotel is nothing special. At breakfast, the food was cold, but after we pointed it out, they reheated it. They warm the food every day, so if you arrive early for breakfast, it’s not yet hot. Breakfast is served in the hotel lobby. In the morning, they open all the doors and turn on the fans, so because of the cold air and draft, having breakfast is quite uncomfortable. Water is available at all times, as well as coffee and tea.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have good ideas and useful advice and are always ready to help. They organized a cooking class and a car rental for us, but the price was somewhat higher.

The room was tidy and clean every day. Once there was no hot water, but they resolved the issue about an hour and a half after we reported it. Bicycle rental is also available for guests.

用心經營的城市商旅
Pros:

酒店位在清邁夜市附近的巷子裡，鬧中取靜，自助式早餐種類雖然不多，但小巧精緻，把當地的特色小食都呈現出來了，十分用心😊
此外，雙人房的房間超大！

Cons:

酒店內禁煙，但大廳休息區外緊鄰吸煙區，有時還是會有菸味飄進來。

Excellent service and facilities right in town.
Pros:

The property was extremely clean and quiet and great location 5 minutes walk from the old town. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist. Exceptional breakfast also.

Pros:

El hotel superó mis expectativas. El personal fue muy atento y nos ayudó en todo momento. Tienen comida y bebida de cortesía las 24h lo que nos vino fenomenal después de pasar todo el día de excursión. Muy bien situado, a apenas 10 minutos andando del centro de Chiang Mai. Cama muy cómoda y habitación amplia. También tienen una piscina grande y chulísima pero no tuvimos tiempo suficiente para utilizarla. Repetiriamos sin duda.

Great location, friendly staff and healthy, tasty breakfast.
Pros:

Location was perfect... close to the old city but not on the main road. Very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy choices including veggies and made to order eggs. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The beds were too firm. I am a side-sleeper and I needed a foam topper on the bed.

Incrível estadia em Chiang Mai
Pros:

Desde o primeiro contato realizado no atendimento até o momento de deixar o hotel foi tudo extraordinário! Funcionários muito gentis, café da manhã espetacular, piscina agradável, quarto espaçoso com camas confortáveis e ótimo banheiro. Voltaria novamente para o BED Gate sem pensar. Muito obrigado pela recepção!
