Pros:

Rustige, centrale ligging - uiterst behulpzame staff - mooi ingerichte en zeer ruime kamer met afzonderlijke kitchenette en faciliteiten (koelkast, waterkoker,..) - redelijke wifi - hoekappartement met 2 balkons - geen 2 sterren maar zeker 3 sterren waard

Cons:

selfcatering, dus geen ontbijt mogelijk - Kissamos heeft niet veel te bieden maar het is er rustig -

Accueil au top!
Pros:

Sans aucun doute le meilleur accueil de notre petit road trip en Crête!! Nous remercions particulièrement Katarina pour son extrême gentillesse <3. La chambre était propre, confortable, bien équipée, et calme. Et cerise sur le gâteau, bien évidemment, le petit déjeuner gargantuesque et délicieux apporté directement en chambre!!
MERCI Katarina pour votre professionnalisme et votre accueil, point fort de notre séjour en famille.

A mon arrivée, j'ai indiqué que je prenais le bateau le lendemain à 7h15 et que je devrais donc quitter
l'hôtel à 6h mais le réceptionniste a négligé de procéder au paiement et j'ai reçu plus tard un avis de booking
comme quoi 62 euros supplémentaires me seront facturés

Pros:

Castell Hotel sehr gut und zentral. Freundliches und sehr hilfbereites Personal. Auch Wäsche kann man im Hotel zum waschen abgeben wenn nötig. Gute Restaurants mit guter Speisekarte, so auch viele andere Geschäfte
Gute Busverbindungen nach Falassarna Elafonisi so auch Chania und anderen Ortschaften. Der Hafen von Kissamo ist auch nicht weit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und waren voll zufrieden. Gern wieder !

Nice hotel in the center of Kissamos
Pros:

The hotel is situated in the center of Kissamos where the activity is really nice at night. Rooms are functional and very clean. No breakfast is provided but you can have coffee and drinks any time in the lobby as well as fruits and other snacks. Also very good coffees on the seaside 5 minutes walk from the hotel propose breakfasts.
The staff is really nice and helping. There is no lift to reach the rooms on the 1st floor but they carry luggages for you. They are also very helpful in providing information regarding visits and activities.
I fully recommend this hotel in Kissamos
