Castell Hotel

Un soggiorno fantastico, abbiamo soggiornato al Castell Hotel ed è stata una settimana indimenticabile… struttura pulita in posizione molto comoda vicino alle spiagge più belle di Creta, uno staff super che ci ha coccolati ogni giorno e ha fornito tutto quello di cui necessitavamo. Una menzione speciale per la cura e l’affetto dimostrati verso la nostra gattina Astrid(anche lei ha nostalgia del Castell Hotel come noi 😀).
Torneremo sicuramente e già non vediamo l’ora!!

Quarto limpo e confortável. Ótima localização. Ao lado de bons restaurantes, mercadinho, lojinhas e do ponto de saída para passeios a Balos Beach. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel oferece, gentilmente, fruta, pão, chá e água gelada.

Yannis e le sue colleghe sono persone simpaticissime e meravigliose sempre disponibili e pronte a dare consigli

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 3 notti. È stato tutto perfetto, i proprietari fin da subito ci hanno accolto calorosamente, ci hanno fornito teli mare ombrellone e ogni giorno ci davano acqua fresca per il mare. La camera super pulita e pronti ad esaudire ogni nostra esigenza. L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale a Kissamos e comodo per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle.

Personale gentilissimo e molto affettuoso

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy buena. Lo que más destacaríamos, sin duda, es el trato del personal. Fueron todos encantadores y muy hospitalarios. Cada día nos recomendaban sitios para comer, lugares que visitar y siempre estaban pendientes de que no nos faltara nada, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa.

Además, tuvieron varios detalles que agradecimos mucho, como darnos botellas de agua fresca cada día para ir a la playa y prestarnos la sombrilla, algo que nos resultó muy práctico durante toda la estancia.

El hotel estaba muy limpio, las camas eran muy cómodas y la ubicación nos pareció ideal: situado en una plaza con ambiente, restaurantes y vida, pero al mismo tiempo lo suficientemente tranquila como para descansar por la noche.

Meravigliosa ospitalità, camera pulita, spaziosa e accogliente. In pieno centro a kissamos. Gestione famigliare calorosa e disponibile, attenta alle esigenze ( per mai figlia celiaca abbiamo trovato prodotti gluten free nel frigo) , acqua disponibile gratuita ogni giorno, piccolo buffet gratis per la colazione. Grazie mille per tutto, torneremo chiara, fabio e la piccola Eli che saluta blacky!

Our apartment was spacious and clean, with balconies on both sides of the rooms, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The hosts - two sisters - are amazing: helpful, welcoming. Next to the hotel is a very nice little street with many souvenir and jewellery shops. The hotel is in front of the archaeological museum in the city square, and guests might enjoy occasional concerts, as we did.

Struttura nel centro di Kissamos, ottima posizione per raggiungere alcune spiagge (Balos, Falassarna).
Stanza grande, pulita.
Staff molto gentile, ci ha dato informazioni preziose per il nostro soggiorno.

Camera super funzionale e abbastanza spaziosa con vista sulla piazzetta di Kissamos. Centralissima struttura. L'hotel mette a disposizione prodotti per l'igiene, caffè, snack, acqua e frutta tutti i giorni.
La camera inoltre ha un balcone con vista sulla piazza servito da un tavolino.
Niki e Ianis (spero di non aver sbagliato) sono stati gentilissimi,.davvero tanto.
Ianis ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove cenare il giorno del nostro arrivo ed è sempre molto cordiale.
Niki e un tesoro, una ragazza super buona e professionale. Davvero un incanto.

L emplacement au cœur de la ville

A good place, not far from seaside and all restaurants. Very kind and friendly personnel. They take care about everything beginning from morning coffee and finish with your time day care.

Phenomenal hotel in the heart of the little town of Kissamos. The rooms are immaculate, good size, super clean bathroom, also there's a small fridge and a cute balcony which is super convenient to have breakfast in the morning. The hotel provides free fruit, cake and tea/coffee in the mornings! Lots of restaurants around, very close to different beaches in Western Crete and 45 min by car from Chania.
The service is unmatched, extremely kind, friendly and welcoming. Nikki, Katerina and Yannis: THANK YOU for your hospitality, recommendatios and positivity, it was a truly wonderful vacation. 100% recommend!
