Staff super super gentile, sempre a disposizione per dare consigli davvero utili e rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta.
La mattina mettono a disposizione dei clienti macchinetta del caffè (buonissimo) ed anche qualcosa di dolce.

Niki, Katerina and their stuff are really friendly and kind. The room was clean and hotel i really well located on the square of the village. All of them can give you a lot of good suggestions about Kissamos and the area. A good coffee corner with some food helps you having a great start of the day. The laundry service is very useful and fast. They provide you with cold and iced water. All these details and attention made really Castell Hotel one of the best location i have ever stayed

The property is centrally located in the city, with a convenient free parking area nearby. The room is beautifully furnished in a modern style and was absolutely spotless. But what I appreciated most was the warm welcome, friendliness, and genuine attention of the staff. They are truly wonderful people who genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make them feel welcomed and well looked after. The hospitality was truly unique and special: it made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for everything, and see you next time!

Esperienza super positiva. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni possibili su Kissamos e dintorni. Ci hanno anche dato sedie, ombrelloni e possibilità di acqua ghiacciata per tenere in fresco le nostre cose durante le giornate in spiaggia. Ottima pulizia. Accoglienza perfetta. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dal lungomare e da tutti i ristoranti.

Staff ospitale e super disponibile, preparato, amichevole, tanta attenzione al cliente . Ioannis simpatico ,professionale e comunicativo, le ragazze disponibili , gentili e risolutive. Aggiungeremmo una stella alla struttura seppur non offra servizi come piscina o palestra. Acqua , caffè e frutta sempre a disposizione. Libri e beni di ogni genere a disposizione dei viaggiatori come per esempio ombrelloni o creme solari.

Non posso che confermare le recensioni precedenti: Kate, Niki e Janis sono davvero speciali e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. È raro trovare persone così professionali e accoglienti, per noi che viaggiamo in moto il servizio di lavanderia gratuito è stato davvero una coccola meravigliosa. Per non parlare delle bottigliette di acqua a disposizione ogni giorno e sempre gratuite, cosa per nulla scontata. Ci hanno addirittura consigliato quando non era il caso di andare di andare in spiaggia a causa delle condizioni del vento, che era molto forte al nostro arrivo.

La cordialità e gentilezza dello staff, che ha preso a cuore la nostra voglia di esplorare l'isola e ci ha pazientemente consigliato su ogni aspetto del nostro viaggio. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti dal primo momento e hanno si sono impegnati per rendere speciale il nostro viaggio.
Ci hanno prestato degli ombrelloni e fornito acqua ghiacciata da portare in spiaggia ogni mattina gratuitamente.
Una piccola colazione era disponibile nel corridoio ogni mattina.
La stanza veniva pulita e riordinata con cura ogni giorno.
La posizione è ottima, c'è un parcheggio gratuito molto ampio al termine di una breve strada in discesa di fronte all'hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located right in the heart of Kissamos. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by the entire staff.

Niki was absolutely fantastic, as were all the other receptionists. She welcomed us with a big smile and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She was always available to help, providing useful directions and recommendations, offering fresh water at any time of the day, and even preparing a complimentary breakfast for us before our departure. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly cared for.

Our room was cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The sea view was a wonderful bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was excellent: the location, the room, the hospitality, and especially the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Niki and the whole team for making our experience in Kissamos so pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Κεντρικότατη τοποθεσία και πεντακάθαρο. Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα με 5 μηνών μωρό, μας παρείχαν παρκοκρέβατο, μας εξυπηρέτησαν σε ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε και η διαμονή ήταν απροβλημάτιστη. Ευγενέστατο το προσωπικό, μας κερδισε και με το παραπάνω.

L'accoglienza è stata fantastica, lo staff perfetto, gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Apprezzato moltissimo il fatto che prima di andare in qualche spiaggia, ci offrivano bottiglie d'acqua da bere e acqua ghiacciata per la borsa frigo e consigli sulle spiagge da visitare. La presenza dei gatti è stata molto piacevole e la pulizia eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!
