Pros:

Castell Hotel sehr gut und zentral. Freundliches und sehr hilfbereites Personal. Auch Wäsche kann man im Hotel zum waschen abgeben wenn nötig. Gute Restaurants mit guter Speisekarte, so auch viele andere Geschäfte
Gute Busverbindungen nach Falassarna Elafonisi so auch Chania und anderen Ortschaften. Der Hafen von Kissamo ist auch nicht weit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und waren voll zufrieden. Gern wieder !

Piccolo hotel in una buona posizione per visitare le spiagge più belle. Staff gentilissimo e attento nel soddisfare ogni richiesta. Siamo stati molto bene.

Nice hotel in the center of Kissamos
Pros:

The hotel is situated in the center of Kissamos where the activity is really nice at night. Rooms are functional and very clean. No breakfast is provided but you can have coffee and drinks any time in the lobby as well as fruits and other snacks. Also very good coffees on the seaside 5 minutes walk from the hotel propose breakfasts.
The staff is really nice and helping. There is no lift to reach the rooms on the 1st floor but they carry luggages for you. They are also very helpful in providing information regarding visits and activities.
I fully recommend this hotel in Kissamos

Nahe Parkmöglichkeit. Zentrale Lage am Hauptplatz. Große Ecksuite 102 mit Rundumbalkon und Blick auf das Kastell. Netter Empfang. Hilfsbereites Personal: Gepäckhilfe über die Treppe zur 1. Etage. Katerina kam extra zur gewünschten Trennung der Betten, gab gute Tipps zum Besuch südöstlicher Küste und versorgte uns mit Eiswasser. DANKE. Gutes Restaurant gegenüber.

Sensationell gastfreundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter! Ob beim Einchecken nachts um halb eins oder morgens: hilfsbereit, freundlich, humorvoll und authentisch. Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Absolut empfehlenswert und bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
