I have stayed here a few times now and every stay is exceptional. Opposite P&R, so Auckland CBD accessible by bus. The facilities are well maintained, everything is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The Air Conditioning can be controlled individually which I like and there are block out curtains for a good night's sleep. The small kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay, even a dishwasher, lots of Tea and coffee supplied along with milk in the fridge. This place is a 10 out of 10 for me.
Finding parking close to the Hotel entrance can be a problem before 7pm, because the neighbouring retailers use the carpark, too.
The little suite was well appointed if a little small, but for our purpose it was great. Nice to have the washing machine and dryer as well as the kitchen equipment
Information on the TV was very poor. Internet website said there was Satellite TV - there wasn't but the ability to Cast made up for it. However, the TV instructions and the little card instructions were contradictory. Got there in the end.
Very friendly and helpful staff, super accommodating when booking from overseas. Westfield is 5mins walk, lots of cafes and shops there.

Air sanitizer in hallways have an overwhelming smell that pervades the whole building including the rooms.

Would have preferred dishwash liquid in a bottle (sachet was messy).
