It was close to Massey Uni ( 5 mins). Close to Westfields (4 mins) for getting a quick dinner. Friend greeting. Iron and washing machine/dryer. Easy parking directly outside.
Reception closes 7pm. As a lone guest, it’s nice to know someone’s around if needed. Intermittent water leak from dishwasher or fridge - think cleaners would have noticed - floor wet when I arrived, cleaned up, wet again in the morning. No body lotion and a combined shampoo/conditioner. Not a prob for a shirt stay.

Good location with short distance walk to Westfield. The Hotel room was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable beds and room was very quiet.

the room was clean, well designed
The safety latch that I usually put across the door when I enter a hotel room was broken. I did not feel safe in an unlocked room (the key card was still needed to unlock the door. However the person on reception changed my room straight away and upgraded me _ I was very grateful for this.
