Overall, a good place to stay if you need somewhere on the North Shore.
Pros:

Location was easy to find, right next to the motorway. Staff were pleasant to deal with and answered questions with ease and direct knowledge.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was sadly disappointing and needs to be turned up considerably.

It is starting to feel that maintenance is not being done regularly. There was a big hole roughly patched and not painted in the lounge. Another hole near bed where an electrical fitting had been changed but did not cover the hole. The curtains seemed dirty with strange marks on them. The sliding door to the bedroom did not work. There was considerable mould on the bottom of the shower door.
