Kann man machen
Pros:

Gute Ausgangslage, freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Betten sind super, die Kissen auch.

Cons:

Meiner Meinung nach ist das Hotel überbewertet. Die Zimmer sind groß, aber die Ausstattung ist Standard.

Wirklich störend: die lauten Fließgeräusche und das leichte Pfeifen der Wasserrohre, insbesondere wenn die Zimmernachbarn neben und über einem nachts sehr lange duschen gehen. Eine Schallisolierung zwischen den Zimmern gibt es nicht, die Gespräche der Nachbarn konnte man gut hören und auch, wenn sie den Lichtschalter am Bett bedient haben.

Unser Zimmer war leider nicht besonders sauber, in die Jahre gekommen, der Duschkopf der Regendusche nicht korrekt angebracht und damit nicht benutzbar. Nach Beschwerde haben wir unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer bekommen, welches besser in Schuss war.

Alles in allem also ok. Aufgrund der Bewertungen hier werden jedoch Erwartungen geschürt, die das Hotel nicht erfüllen kann.

とても快適でした。
Pros:

施設内が大変きれいだった事、トイレにウォシュレットが付いていた事等　部屋が思った以上に広くて快適でした。
海外では設置が少ないスリッパなどもあった事。　フロントスタッフさんが日本語でもある程度対応して頂けたこと。

Great hotel, definitely will stay again
Pros:

The room was spacious, there was a big bathtub and shower, a laundry room, good sound isolation, 24 hour reception, the breakfast was great - it was perfect.

Cons:

Although they had free laundry services, there seems to be an inefficiency issue with the dryers that seem to not dry clothes of guest very well and often stop due to overheating, due to this, we were unable to use the dryer for our clothes and had to hang them in our room, since it is humid, the clothes didn’t dry even after a day and we had to use hairdryer to manually dry them. It would be great if they had more dryers that are efficient.

Also there were mosquitoes in our room on the 15th floor leading to quite an uncomfortable first night. Maybe they could provide mosquito room repellents.

Their front entrance has no automatic door, with big luggages it is better if we didn’t have to manually push a big door each time. This is after all a four star hotel :)
