非常好的住宿體驗，下次到高雄一定會再次選擇，也會推薦給朋友。
Pros:

整體而言，這間旅店的各方面在高雄這個城市真的是超乎預期！
1. 整間旅店沒有聞到任何異味或是煙味，客房打掃也非常細心。
2. 早餐選項豐富且跟一般飯店是早餐相較，菜色非常用心，且每日都稍有變化，補菜速度幾乎從不會讓客人碰到空盤的狀況，現場服務人員也非常細心。
3. 前台服務人員也非常友善，且服務效率很高，住宿期間反應的一些問題都能得到及時且有效的處理。
4. 2樓餐廳於下午2點至晚上10點，有開放式的空間提供客人可以帶外食在餐廳實用，現場也提供果汁，咖啡，麵包及小點心免費取用。
5. 15樓提供免費的洗衣與烘衣機及熨燙工具，對於連續入住3日以上的客人真的非常方便。

Cons:

1.淋浴間的房型建議都能在地板放置止滑墊，因為淋浴間地板本身不是防滑材質，牆壁也沒有任何扶桿，由於這次有帶高齡家屬同行，感覺很危險。聯絡櫃檯後，有即時請房務提供止滑墊及洗浴坐椅。
2.洗手台上方有一面可以打開的化妝鏡，打開後有看到鏡框內側有幾處不算小的黑色發霉污漬，建議房務應該用特殊清潔劑清洗。（入住期間2/7-2/11,房號1107)

Pros:

離捷運近，入住前可先寄放行李
人員都很親切友善，房間寬敞舒適又乾淨
旁邊也有全家很方便

Cons:

電梯感覺是偏少的，住3樓要去2樓裝水等電梯了5分鐘左右，回房間也等了5分鐘。當時看是沒辦法走樓梯的，希望也可以開放樓梯給低樓層的使用。

就事論事
酒店的設施 地點 位置 服務還算不錯
雖然是機械式停車位 但是有專人引導 很是可以

but 就是這個but
可能太久沒在台灣旅遊
忽視了
“台灣酒店是按入住人數收費 而非房型”

再使用booking 訂房時 忽視了需填入人數 才能得到正確的報價

出現了4人房
（但是內文未說明是何種方案）
到了酒店 才知道 定到了是4人房2人方案
因為人數超過 要依照酒店規定
開始進行 加人數 （一人600）外加早餐（一人外加440）的選擇

到這裡 個人疏失 可以接受

But 還是這個討厭的but

身為專業旅人 開始研究各種價格的差異

也就是 4人房4人入住的價差
跟四人房2人入住的價差 加上飯店規定的 加床費 加早餐費
是有所差距的
於是提出 可否彌補
（此時已經結完帳）
加人數 但是額外提供2份早餐的需求
但是前台 拒絕
按規定做事 這筆者有想法但是尊重

第二點 梳洗地方 沒有摺疊式梳妝鏡 這個很不方便
第三點 可以採用 車牌辨識進出系統 就不用每次離開 還要前台拿停車硬幣
第四點 進入停車場車道 比起一般車道略小 建議設立標語提醒
