Pros:

Situació excel·lent. Molt bona decoracio del apartament amb molts detalls . Els llits molt comodes . Molt net. Un detall els trasllat gratuit desde l’aeroport.

Cons:

Mancava un microones. No funcionava la cortina de la claraboia del pis superior. Potset s’hauria agraït que tingués un servei per guardar les maletes unes hores despres del check-out. També crec que amb un apartament d’aquest nivell es podria haver inclòs tambè el trajecte de tornada a l’aeroport.

Pros:

I liked the location, opposite the castle, the layout of the apartment, the cleanliness, the interior finishes—nothing was out of place. The apartment is beautiful.

Nothing, all was perfect. There are no negative aspects, perhaps the only thing is the price, it is a little high but, the apartment is worth that price.

One of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had.

We arrived to an apartment that was simply not cleaned:
– the toilet was dirty, with visible traces of feces and hair!!!
– the floor had crumbs and dust,
– the shelves had plastic wrappers left from previous guests (clearly showed nobody had cleaned the surfaces)
– the bed sheet was too small and didn’t cover the mattress,

For 315 USD per night, this is absolutely unacceptable.

I had requested a baby cot, but there was none in the apartment.
The next morning someone just left a bag with the cot in the hallway — not inside, not set up, not even mentioned. I had no idea it was a baby cot.

There is also a dedicated storage room in the bathroom for cleaning tools, but instead everything was placed in the wardrobe meant for clothes.

I expected at least some support or cleaning the next day, but nothing was done.
They did not answer my calls, did not send anyone to fix the situation, and never connected me with a manager — despite promising to do so.

I am attaching screenshots of our conversation so you can see that they never solved anything and simply stopped responding. And you can see that the property admitted that the apartment was left in an “unacceptable condition” by previous guests — yet they still checked us in and did not solve anything afterward.

I am very disappointed, especially because we were traveling with a small baby.

The most beautiful apartment in a fantastic area
Pros:

The most amazing penthouse apartment! It is located perfect walking distance for the Old Town and Kazimierz. The apartment is clean, has amazing views and we didn’t hear any noise at all from other apartments or outside. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was plenty of additional bedding and towels. The decor is so tasteful and it was such a nice base to return to, the sauna was also an amazing feature! The instructions for entering the apartment were very clear and the team were responsive to messages. Brilliant stay!

Niezwykle komfortowy apartament o bardzo fajnym standardzie. Czyściutki. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Extra opcja z sauną czego nie doczytałam o była miłym zaskoczeniem :)

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The apartment was luxurious, clean, wonderful and highly finished. This had been the best stay ever! Highly recommended. It was very spacious for a family of 5. Location was good, few minutes away from the old town, and among so many restaurants and shops.
