地點不錯，鄰近羅東夜市

Cons:

1.臉上沒什麼/問哪一房
5.網路速度不快
6.沒有第四台只有MOD，但訊號沒很好
7.機上盒跟電源線沒整好/接好
8.電視沒擺正也沒掛正，，兩個房間都歪一邊
9.枕頭太軟，撐不住頭
10.床墊應該不是獨立筒，小朋友作床位玩，床頭晃到頭暈
11.插座位置跟床頭櫃差不多高，要充電不好插
12.冷氣冷房慢，電源又跟門口房牌插孔連動，進出後房間又要等冷房不然很悶
13.小冰箱沒啟動，說是怕吵，導致東西飲料沒法冰
14.以房間價格跟提供內容，個人覺得CP值很低
