PASABLE MAS NO VOLVERIA

REALMENTE LAS FOTOS NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER CON EL LUGAR, AUNQUE POR EL PRECIO DEBIMOS DE IMAGINAR QUE IBA A SER DE ESE MODO, AUNQUE DICE QUE HAY RESTAURANTE SOLO ES PARA DESAYUNOS

comodidad y ambiente seguro.
Pros:

me gusto mucho la vista panorámica y la tranquilidad del espacio, la amabilidad del personal que atiende el lugar y las instalaciones en general.

Cons:

el trayecto que existe entre las habitaciones y la alberca, específicamente el cruce de las dos puertas por la vía publica, no es algo para nada gravoso pero si se pudiera evitar seria perfecto.

Pros:

Debo decir que estaba limpio y que la atención al ingresar fue relativamente buena.. aunque sin orden.

Cons:

No me gustó que el precio que marcan como "oferta" no corresponde a un hotel de ese tipo, esa "oferta" me parece que funciona como una publicidad engañosa o gancho, porque el hotel, no es un hotel boutique, y me parece más bien un hotelito de 2 o 3 estrellas. La ubicación es terrible, no por la distancia al centro, si no por la zona. Y las instalaciones pues son muy austeras. En imágenes muestran una alberca.. que se ve sola o con una pareja pero en realidad está llena con gente bebiendo .. yo iba con mi familia... Hicimos check in, entramos a la habitación.. y duramos 3 minutos dentro, preferimos tomar carretera de nuevo y retirarnos. Se le pidió al hotel un reembolso y no accedió porque hicimos check in y porque para ellos haber estado minutos dentro pensando que hacíamos... Ya fue suficiente y ya hicimos uso de la habitación. Me parece de muy mal gusto y una decisión muy desesperada en lugar de quedar bien con el cliente. Su estacionamiento es un terreno muy pequeño y feo. Creo que le "echaron ganas" a qué si hotelito se "viera bien" pero es un hotel de un nivel bajo.. las habitaciones súper pegadas una con otra... Es una casa de nivel bajo hecha hotel.

La alberca, el agua esta a muy buena temperatura para los que buscan algo no tan frío pero tampoco muy caliente, esta genial.

Cons:

Que no esta conectado el edificio o inmueble de la Alberca con el de las habitaciones, nos hospedamos en 2 habitaciones y para acceder a una de ellas tenias que salir del edificio principal para acceder a la habitación por la parte de a fuera.

Bonito hotel con excelente personal y rico desayuno
Pros:

Sobre todo la actitud del personal, fue excelente. La habitación limpia y cómoda, el hotel muy bonito, la alberca perfecta para relajarse, el desayuno muy rico. La ubicación cerca de Presa de la Olla, todo muy tranquilo. Nos hospedamos dos veces y ya queremos regresar.
