La atención del personal del hotel, son muy serviciales, atentos, son excelentes. Tienen piscinas que son familiares y se puede estar con los niños. La ubicación muy buena. Los desayunos excelentes.

La piscina que está junto al restaurante se ve un poco más desgastada, en el baño de la habitación la pintura estaba desgastada en algunas partes, el espejo tenía manchas, algunos elementos del mobiliario ya están desgastados, una instalación de un tubo a la vista se puede dejar más peolijo, la puerta del baño estaba astillada

uedamos demasiado satisfechos con nuestra estadía. El hotel es muy lindo, la comida es deliciosa y las porciones son abundantes. Todo el personal fue muy amable, servicial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. También hicimos la cabalgata y fue una experiencia hermosa; el recorrido pasa por ríos y paisajes muy bonitos. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero para nosotros están bien, ya que la mayor parte del tiempo se disfruta de las instalaciones y solo se llega a descansar.

Además, son pet friendly y se nota el buen cuidado que les dan a sus perritos. Teníamos algunas dudas antes de reservar por ciertos comentarios negativos que habíamos leído, pero después de nuestra experiencia sentimos que no reflejan la realidad.

Súper recomendado y sin duda volveremos!!!!
