Pros:

Personnel aimable à l écoute et disponible. Chambre spacieuse. Pas de petit déjeuner dans le descriptif de l hôtel mais tous les matins un petit buffet gratuit est offert avec tout ce qu’il faut (fruits, boissons chaudes et fraîches, jus, tartines, céréales, yaourts…)
Hôtel bien placé dans le carré avec tout à proximité (supermarché, laverie, tabac, cafés,… et climatisé

Great location, polite staff. Cheap and cheerful.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Staff were polite. It says they don't serve breakfast but they do in fact provide a good selection of complimentary snacks and drinks in the morning-coffee, bananas, biscuits and a few other things.

Cons:

1) There was no hot water.
2) I assumed the safe worked by keying in a number so I put my passport in the safe and closed it. It locked. I had to ask at reception how I could get my belongings out of the safe. I was told it was a 200 baht deposit to have a safe key. This was fine but I would have liked instructions or info on the safe ahead of time.
3) The aircon didn't seem to work well. The room was too hot. Temperature was set to 25 on entering.
4) The phone didn't work well so the front desk staff had to come to my room to help me with my query.

Quedé enamorada de este hotel 🫶
Pros:

Todo. Desde el trato del personal que era encantador, el recepcionista nos ayudó a buscar un tour a Chiang Rai a las 11 pm !!!
Las habitaciones eran súper cómodas, cama suave, baño grande. Enamorada quedé de esta estancia.

Labai gera lokaciija - centre , yra parkingas. Puikus baseinas, personalas draugiškas. Pats viešbutis ir numeriai tvarkingi, net yra liftas:).

Cons:

Pusryčių asortimentas labai mažas, rekomendacija ateiti anksčiau, nes po to labai daug viešbučio svečių valgo - o vietos mazai .

The location was excellent! It was your basic room but it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Muy buen hotel y centrico, un acierto hospedarse en el.
Pros:

Hotel excelente para pasar unos días en Chiang Mai y hacer excursiones a Chiang Rai y otras actividades como rafting y santuarios de elefantes.
Lo mejor de todo, el personal del hotel, siempre atentos para ayudar, dando buenos consejos de restauración y actividades. Nos informaron de todo, incluso para obtener el mejor precio en excursiones y descuentos si reservas a través del propio hotel en recepción.
Las instalaciones son estupendas, habitaciones grandes y camas muy cómodas, piscina acogedora y desayuno de cortesía muy completo.
Lo recomiendo al 100 % a futuros huéspedes. Exchange y un Seven Eleven muy cerca, a 200 metros que te facilitan las cosas.
Reitero, la calidad del personal del hotel es de 10. Pudimos guardar el equipaje el día del check out y volver posteriormente a recogerlo.
Un acierto hospedarse en The Wing Lanna Hotel.

Super freundliches und extrem hilfsbereites Personal, von Poolhandtüchern über Taxibuchung bis zum kleinen Frühstück, alles top. Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber, Dusche sehr groß und modern.
