Veoma smo zadovoljni sa smjestajem i uslugom u hotelu Moskva. Doručak je odlican i raznovrstan.Našim dječacima se mnogo svidio bazen. Utisci su pozitivni, rado bi se vratili u hotel naredne godine.

A great hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast and only a short walk to the beach. It was a nice stroll into the old town. Staff were very helpful.

Beautiful building, rooms, pool. Good location...about 1-1.5 km to old town.
Nice pool. Really good breakfast.

Cons:

Surprisingly poor coffee at breakfast buffet for a good expensive hotel. Change/ upgrade the machine.

Na plus z pewnością zasługują smaczne śniadania oraz bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Niestety, poza tym trudno mi wskazać inne istotne zalety.

Cons:

Czas spędzony w hotelu uważam za udany, chociaż zdjęcia zamieszczone na Bookingu były znacznie bardziej zachęcające niż rzeczywistość.

Pokoje zdecydowanie wymagają odświeżenia. Kabina prysznicowa nie była dokładnie wyczyszczona – znajdowała się w niej pleśń. Dodatkowe (trzecie) łóżko w pokoju było bardzo niewygodne i przy każdym ruchu głośno skrzypiało.

Telewizor wyglądał na bardzo stary, podobnie jak pozostałe wyposażenie pokoju. Klimatyzacja również wymagała serwisu – z nawiewu wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach, co zgłosiłam na recepcji podczas wymeldowania.

Dużym minusem były również przesuwne drzwi szafy. Chodziły bardzo ciężko, przez co ich otwieranie i zamykanie było wyjątkowo niewygodne. Ich konstrukcja sprawiała wrażenie niebezpiecznej – przy nieuwadze naprawdę można było przytrzasnąć, a nawet boleśnie uszkodzić sobie palce.

Brakowało także czajnika, który w hotelach o takim standardzie jest zazwyczaj podstawowym wyposażeniem pokoju.

Płacąc tak wysoką cenę, spodziewałam się znacznie wyższego standardu. W porównaniu z innymi europejskimi hotelami w podobnym przedziale cenowym ten obiekt wypada niestety słabo. Z zewnątrz hotel prezentuje się bardzo dobrze i sprawia wrażenie obiektu czterogwiazdkowego, jednak jego wnętrza nie dorównują temu wrażeniu.

Goede locatie. Hoewel wij meer hebben genoten van tivat en porte Montenegro

De locatie en de kamers waren goed. Onze kamer was ruim en erg schoon.

Cons:

Ik vond met name het personeel achter de receptie wat ongeïnteresseerd. Er was 1 dame die met een zeer onvriendelijk gezicht achterover geleund op haar telefoon zat. Ook bij ons vertrek werd er niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was geweest en of we hebben genoten. Erg jammer want daarmee kan je het verschil maken. Zeker als je dit werk doet moet hospitality je in het bloed zitten en wil je dat de gasten zich vermaken en zich welkom voelen. Het hotel zelf was prachtig, klassiek ingericht, onze kamer was groot en schoon.
