Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to do their best to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The hotel is very clean, peaceful, and quiet, which makes it a perfect place to relax. The pool area was also very calm and relaxing.

The restaurant serves delicious food, with a great selection of dishes.
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel 100%! I would be happy to come back

Disappointing stay — far below the standards of a 4-star hotel, and we ultimately left early.
Pros:

Short walk to the old town

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short and book another hotel at our own expense. The hotel did not feel like a 4-star property: carpets and furnishings were heavily stained, the walls were dirty, and there was a strong sewage smell from the bathroom whenever the shower was used.

We also had a disappointing experience with the facilities. The “spa” was a damp, run-down area in the basement alongside the laundry, with peeling paint. The pool was tired and had mould in places, and breakfast was below expectations. Reception staff were often dismissive and unfriendly, with staff smoking directly at the entrance.

Overall, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing stay. For a better choice of hotels, atmosphere and location, we would suggest staying in Kotor instead.
