Pros:

Location wise great.
Reception staff cooperative

Cons:

Check-in staff very bad.. I didn't get any mail for late Check-in code and nobody reposed on call and message. I was struggling 2 hours in night.
Washroom was locked overnight nobody there for helping.
I able to use Washroom in morning after 10 am.
So frustrated things happened🫥😑

Annoying and Frustrating
Pros:

I thought the location was good and the staff were very friendly. When they were there

Cons:

Noisy guests running around the hotel all night until 3am. Woke my 7 month old baby and 4 year old . Had to confront guests personally due to no staff working nights to resolve the situation

Pros:

Really clean hotel room, modern bathroom and appreciated the tea, coffee and fridge facilities. Flat screen smart TV. Excellent location, walking distance for everything & loads of restaurants, cafe’s and bars near by.

Cons:

Only minor inconvenience was no lamp next to the bed & walls were quite thin but never felt disturbed.

Good location, very clean.
Cons:

Continental breakfast was poor, coffee choice poor, no decaf, bread choice poor. Would have been good to have a member of staff available.

You really get what you pay for
Pros:

It was £59

Cons:

Room was outrageously hot, sink was broken, shower tray nearly overflowed, found hairs, looked like a prison cell, paint was poor, everything was scuffed and just run down. Rough area.

Staff was nice and helpful, after the booking I was told no breakfast included, on arrival they've told me that continental breakfast is included, which was nice.
