Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and a simple breakfast included. Would recommend staying here, only a short walk to the main square

Cons:

Rooms all face the street so noisy, staff also noisy sometimes with radio at night, breakfast was room service amd was later than arranged a few times when going out on day trips, so not ideal.

Pros:

The price/performance of the Hotel is excellent. It's 12 mins walk to the square and 20 mins to the mall. The breakfast (in your room) is good. The staff are genuinely very nice, even though I don't speak Spanish!! When I'm next in Trujillo, I will stay here.

You can stay here safely, the rooms are a little dated in places, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Primero, no me dijeron que me asignarían la habitación del piso 5 y fue incómodo subir y bajar cuando estás agotado por las actividades del día; segundo, en todos los pisos faltaba el acabado en la pared dónde está una instalación (líneas de tuberías); tercero, el primer día no limpiaron la habitación tuvimos que descansar así; cuarto, el único día que hicieron la limpieza perdieron mi ropa (polo, traje de baño, ropa interior), no supieron darme razón alguna y no me dieron ninguna solución.

el cuarto que me asignaron era doble, aunque yo solicite individual, el costo que me cobraron fue mayor al costo si hubiera reservado por mi cuenta, y encima me cobraron mas de lo indicado en la pagina. la habitacion era en un quinto piso y no tenia ascensor

Great one night stay!
Pros:

I stayed here with my husband for a quick one night stay before heading to Puerto Malabrigo. The breakfast in the room was a very nice touch! it's about 5 blocks or so from Plaza de Armas but I really liked how they had a private area for us to park our rental car. I would definitely stay here again, friendly people at the hotel and easy check in!
