Pros:

Hotel funcional, café da manhã muito bom, apesar de cheio sempre repuseram rapidamente. Tem uma vista bonita pra cidade do rooftop. Room service 24hr, comida boa e preço justo.

Cons:

Arredores pouco iluminados de noite, preços nos frigobar abusivos (água lata por 12 reais), estacionamento fica no edifício ao lado. Colchão fazendo barulho e um pouco desconfortável.

Pessoal, foi uma ótima experiência! A equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa e prestativa, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, inclusive o horário extendido até as 10h!! As camas são confortáveis e tudo estava muito limpo. A localização também é excelente, facilita bastante o deslocamento. Com certeza voltaria!

Cons:

Como ponto de melhoria, acredito que poderiam informar previamente que o estacionamento não pertence ao hotel e explicar melhor o funcionamento do elevador com o cartão de acesso. São detalhes simples, mas que ajudam a tornar a experiência do hóspede ainda mais tranquila.

Cons:

Fila para o elevador e para tomar café da manhã. O hotel é ótimo, mas infelizmente os elevadores e o espaço do café não comportam o número de pessoas no café da manhã. Fiquei aproximadamente 30 minutos para conseguir pegar o elevador e ir tomar café, chegando lá fiquei mais aproximadamente 20 minutos ma fila para conseguir entrar.
