Please note that each room can accommodate just one middle-sized pet with maximum weight of 25 kg (or 3 small-sized pets, as long as the total weight is 25 kg) at a daily surcharge of 70 BRL, which must be paid upon arrival. The permanence of the pets is restricted to the apartments. Cons:

Quando verificamos sobre aceitarem cachorro, nos disseram que sim e informaram sobre a oferta de um kit! Que incluía potes, tapete higiênico etc.
Chegando lá, não tinham o kit, ficaram de buscar e nos entregar e até irmos embora não nos entregaram. Achei pessimo, pois não levamos o que precisávamos pq eles disseram que iam fornecer!

Propaganda enganosa em relação a estacionamento

Café da manhã excelente, assim como atendimento.

Cons:

Tivemos uma situação muito chata com o estacionamento. Inclusive escolhemos esse hotel pois dizia que estacionamento estava incluído. Fomos em dois carros, chegando lá, tivemos a surpresa de dizerem que incluído significa que tem , não que está no valor da hospedagem. 32,00 a diária para não deixar carro na rua. Achamos um absurdo. Propaganda enganosa

Café da manhã com apenas um tipo de suco e ainda por cima de caixinha, acho que merecíamos um suco natural!
