Preço baixo, localização não é das melhores, e banheiro problemático.
Pros:

Uma boa academia, que atende o momento transitório, uma localização perto da Orla do Guaíba, além de facilidade com o estacionamento ao lado. Cama confortável e quarto de tamanho suficiente, com amenidades que facilitam a hospedagem.

Cons:

O ralo do banheiro seguia solto, ficava com um buraco no meio do chuveiro. Alguns mosquitinhos de banheiro, aqueles que apontam quando o banheiro segue sujo. No banheiro, parece existi ruma conexão com outros quartos, dava para ouvir outros hóspedes. Os recepcionistas pareciam estar sem ânimo no dia, não sei se é usual, mas sem muita expectativa com a chegada do hóspede.
