Piscine très agréable.
Lit plutôt confortable.
Hygiène irréprochable.
La personne qui nous as accueilli parle bien français.

Cons:

Problème à la fin du séjour : On nous demande de payer la chambre alors qu’elle était déjà payé sur booking. Les taxes ne sont pas comprises dedans.
Logement assez excentré.

This property is wonderful.. it's out in the country. Probably 20 miles from Saracusa,

And that is what the issue is: If you drive to the property, no problem at all. But if you take a taxi, be prepared to exist on only the breakfast that they offer. The breakfast is wonderful, no hot food, but everything else you could ask for in a bed and breakfast-tyoe breakfast. But there is no lunch or dinner available. So if you take a taxi you're going to have to be very imaginative about how to eat for the rest of the day. Even if you drive, you're looking at a significant drive into town to find a normal restaurant or bar. There are small markets near the facility, but they also require a car to reach them.

I was completely amazed by the staff, however. They helped me every single moment of my stay, including how to secure pizzas on a couple nights to prevent myself from starving!

Siamo stati benissimo, il posto è molto tranquillo e lontano dal caos della città. La posizione della struttura è ottima, molto vicina ad alcuni lidi/ristoranti ed alle spiagge più belle. La colazione è abbondante e varia, torneremo sicuramente!

Piscina molto ampia e pulita (anche se con troppe vespe)

Very quite lifestyle and enjoyable stay. He has 3 dogs but they are very cute and friendly. The room we had was very well kept and clean. He gave went in the morning while we were gone to clean up the room and tidy up. We came back there were fresh towels and tided down bed. The pool is extremely clean and the lights are on at night so it looks very beautiful. Over all, very satisfying stay and definitely top choice for visiting Siracusa for Americans.

Cons:

The photos should be updated a lil because the place is obviously a lil older but still looks amazing.

Pros:

I overall liked the place a lot. The staff is very kind, even if communication can be a bit hard sometimes because of the language barrier. The place looks lovely and clean. We especially loved the pool, great place to hang around. The rooms are not big, but big enough for what you need. And the bed was very comfortable. The room service will also make your room nice and tidy everyday if you would want.

Would highly recommend.

Cons:

There could be a lot of noise. Especially in the morning when the cleaning came. When they knocked on the opposite door of us it sounded like they knocked on our door. That's why a do not disturb sign would be good, if you don't want the room to be cleaned and want to sleep in. Otherwise you will be woken up by room service. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise.

It's also good to mention that the hotel has 4 pretty large dogs, that can bark at you when you come in. I think the hotel should include that in the description.
