Dobrze zlokalizowany hotel z bardzo przeciętnym pokojem
Pros:

Sniadanie bardzo dobre, lokalizacja hotelu również.

Cons:

Duszny pokój na poddaszu, miał być o podwyższonym standardzie, ubikacja jak 30 lat temu, dość odległy parking

Overall a really good hotel I would definitely stay there again. Staff are helpful and very friendly.
Pros:

It’s was close/ with in walking distance to all of the places we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was budget friendly and it was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The only issue was I informed them I was gluten free, not much choice on the breakfast side and they didn’t have any thing like gluten free bread. My choice was salad and ham and rice.

Przy kolejnym pobycie w Krakowie chętnie skorzystam z Hotelu Lavender!
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, komfortowe pokoje, łóżko, łazienka. Świetne, różnorodne śniadanie, naprawdę smaczne. Obsługa miła i pomocna.

Nice for few days stay
Pros:

Not much to say - modern, clean, quiet hotel. This fully covers our needs. Room was big enough for two people. Good location - somewhere between train station and center. The breakfast was with good selection of foods; good coffee.

Cons:

We get room from street side so we hear and feel tram passing by. Be aware of this - it's really noisy.
The bed was too soft for my liking.

Pros:

Personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy, pokoje bardzo czyste. Świetna lokalizacja - około 15 minut od dworca PKP oraz Starego Miasta. Śniadania bardzo dobre, serdecznie polecam :)
