Pros:

The property was immaculately clean and in a good location.

Cons:

The noise from the tram, feeling like you were bothering staff, being later for breakfast and food running out and not replaced, asking for am extra pillow and being told they might not have any as fully booed…..normally hotels have these in the room as standard.

La camera assegnata era in ottime condizioni sembrava ristrutturata da poco .Molto buono il servizio di colazione sia come varietà che qualità. Per noi molto buona la posizione : 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.ed a pochi passi dalla fermata della tranvia che collega tutti i punti di interesse anche turistico.

Cons:

Poco lo spazio in camera per sistemare gli effetti personali.
La camera assegnata era con affaccio su strada assai rumorosa al passaggio dei tram. Comunicazione con gli addetti essenziale.

We would stay again but would insist on rooms to the back of the hotel
Pros:

Rooms were very spacious & comfortable, shower was very good, cleanliness was very good, lights in the hall way were on a motion timer which was great as no light shining through the door during the night. The lady who booked us in was very good, infomative & helpful

Cons:

Rooms were very nice but we did book for a quiet rooms & we were at the front of the hotel with the noises from the trams & passers by as it was very warm in Krakow and we needed the windows open.
The man who checked us out was not very helpful at all when we asked how to get to the train station from the hotel, told us we would have to walk 15 plus minutes with our cases, when we actually could catch a tram outside the hotel to just outside the train staion, perhaps a little staff training would be helpful

Pros:

The building was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the room was checked daily. Shower was good and toiletries were provided.

Cons:

Tea making facilities were provided but we had to ask for milk in reception. It wasnt a problem.

Obsługa w recepcji i Panie sprzątające bardzo mili. I chyba tyle plusów w tym hotelu.

Cons:

Śniadanie porażka, nie świeży chleb, zdjęcia , które są Booking restauracji i pokoju w rzeczywistości bardzo różnią się.
Kawa z ekspresu nie można nazwać to kawą lecz rozcieńczona wodą z odrobiną kawy. Nikt nie zbiera naczyń po śniadaniu tylko same trzeb odnosić na wózek. Ilość jedzenia na śniadaniu bardzo skromna, i ta świeżość porażka. Winda nie dojeżdża na wszystkie pietra bo albo wysiądziesz na półpiętrze i musisz dość do góry lub na dół aby wejść do swojego pokoju. Ogólnie jesteśmy zawiedzeni tym hotelem i na pewno nie wrócilibyśmy tam inny. razem.

March stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, just an easy 10 minute walk to the main square and train station. A couple of Zabkas (little convenient stores) close by if you need anything. The room was clean and tidy and there was plenty of space to store your belongings. Staff friendly and helpful. Room got topped up with a couple of fresh bottles of water each day. The little mini fridge is great to keep them chilled. Was really lucky with the weather too for March - glorious sunshine each day. Overall a nice 4 night stay for my 2nd time staying at the hotel.

Cons:

My room was at the front of the hotel so you could hear and feel the rumble of trams going by (they stop between 00:00 - 05:00ish). However the hotel provides ear plugs which help drown the sound out so you can get to sleep.
Although I had the windows open, I still found the room quite dry and stuffy. My own fault as I should have asked for a fan just to help circulate the air in the room. I also think being on the top floor you also get the heat rising from the floors below which makes the air in the room quite dry.
