The location was great, connected restaurant was ok Cuban food.
No staff, self checkin , elevator foyer area filthy. Restaurant staff use that are for the lounge. Hostess out front of restaurants promised 20% off for hotel guests, not true only 10% was given.

Po przyjeździe okazało się że dostaliśmy zły pokój ( nie ten co zamówiłem, miał być dostosowany do osoby na wózku a nie był kompletnie chociaż pisałem wiadomość przy rezerwacji). Zerowy kontakt z recepcją ponieważ jest bez obsługowa. Zerowa odpowiedz na emaila czy WhatsAppa. Jak by nie Pan konserwator który umiał po angielsku i gdzieś zadzwonił to pokoju bym nie miał zamienionego i nie umiał bym się dostać do łazienki. Chwała Panu konserwatorowi za pomoc.

Location was the only thing good
It had mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling in the main bedroom. No one answered the phone or came to the till 8 am the next day. It’s horribly dated. Carpets were filthy. Had a room on second floor but elevator did not work so had to carry all luggage upstairs.
Worst experience possible.
From the very beginning, everything was unacceptable. After checking in, we entered our room only to find that other people were already inside. They told us to leave, but we informed them that this was our room according to reception. The situation was absurd, stressful, and extremely uncomfortable.
The room was clearly not prepared for our arrival. The bed sheets were dirty and appeared to have been used by the people who were in the room before us. There were no clean towels and no shower gel. We reported the issue immediately.
After an hour of repeatedly calling, someone finally came to deal with the situation. The person handling our case was a woman named Heidi. We were promised a refund and a full change of all bed linen the following day, as we were told there was no housekeeping staff available at that hour.
Unfortunately, none of these promises were kept. No one removed the trash left by the previous guests. The bed sheets were still dirty, there was still no shower gel, and on top of that, it felt like someone had access to our room during our stay.
To this day, we have still not received the promised refund.
We did not feel safe. The level of hygiene and customer service was completely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

it’s completely self Service. There’s no one there so if there’s an issue getting into your room, you’re out of luck.

no me gustó que el check in es automático (sin personal) y hay que bajar una app y la misma no funcionaba claramente , no pudimos abrir la puerta

Aseo regular; mala aislacion de piezas ( ruido), ascensor no funcionaba al retirarnos y tuvimos que bajar las maletas por la escala.
Minha experiência no Casa Boutique Miami foi a pior possível. Fiz uma reserva de um Quarto Standard Duplo com 2 Camas Queen-size. Fomos colocados no quarto 304 e o estado da acomodação era péssimo e muito diferente das fotos que constam no anúncio do Booking e no site do hotel. Havia um cano exposto no quarto, a cortina era suja, assim como o carpete. O carpete e o ar condicionado tinham um cheiro muito forte que imediatamente atacaram nossas alergias respiratórias. O chão do box era imundo e havia mofo e bolhas na parede do banheiro. Os móveis estavam descascando.
Não dormimos nenhuma noite lá, pois solicitamos a troca de quarto e disseram que não havia disponibilidade. Precisamos ir embora passado das 22h da noite, com uma criança pequena e muitas malas.
Em resumo, o quarto é muito diferente das fotos anunciadas e não condiz sequer com o valor cobrado, que não é baixo. EU RECOMENDO FORTEMENTE QUE NÃO RESERVEM ESSE HOTEL. Eles não são fidedignos com o padrão que anunciam no site do hotel e no Booking. Isso realmente é caso de má-fé com o hóspede, uma enganação.
Solicitamos o reembolso integral através do Booking.com e a resposta foi que o hotel negou nosso pedido. Infelizmente, teremos que processar o Booking para receber de volta o valor que pagamos.

Extremly dirty everywhere ! The floor was absolutely filthy , the toilet had piss on it , the shower was broken , everything was a disaster
