Please take the casa boutique off of your website to advertise to people. When we got there everything was fine up until we went to shower. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER! When we tried to get it fixed they acted as if I was asking for something unreasonable. They told me that since the water was running it was ok. When I told them that it was definitely NOT ok, they thought it was hilarious to switch us to a room with no AC, in the middle of Miami heat. The portable ac unit wasn’t cooling the room down and the room was at 89 degrees. They also told us that someone should be coming the next day to fix the water and never did. Not once did they offer a discount on the room since both rooms they offered were faulty. Nevermind the microaggressions from the staff. As a black woman do NOT stay here. They won’t take you seriously and will treat you like garbage. They only care about money. TAKE THEM OFF OF YOUR SITE! DO NOT STAY HERE.
nada
After figuring out the check-in process at the front counter, the room was great for the price. Location was smack dab in the heart of South Beach. Looking forward to returning.
Here’s a short, professional version:
The room itself was nice; however, my overall experience was disappointing. There was no front desk or reception, and all communication was handled through WhatsApp by scanning QR codes posted throughout the property. Although I booked through Airbnb, I was required to pay additional fees upon arrival, which were not clearly disclosed beforehand. There was also no on-site parking, requiring guests to find and pay for a nearby parking garage. Unfortunately, this information was not included in the reservation details, so it came as an unexpected surprise. I booked for two nights but chose not to stay even one night due to these issues.
The hotel looked nothing like the online photos. The hallways reek of smoke and carpets are dirty and stained.
My room felt like 90 degrees when I got in. It did have an additional free standing air conditioner but is was taped to the window with duck tape and aluminum foil. Once turned on it helped cool the room.
Restaurant staff were rude and not accommodating. Would not stay here again
DO NOT STAY HERE. LIARS AND RUDE PEOPLE Stayed for 3 days, in and out hotel frequently. Only ONCE saw anyone at the front desk. They use digital keycards, and mine stopped working mid way through my stay. I was locked out of my room for HOURS with nobody to let in or give me a physical key card. The restaurant staff downstairs were horrible to me when I asked if they know of anyone who can help me solve the issue. Claim to be handicap accessible but the RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL restaurant staff downstairs were blocking the rail by the stairs at the enterance all day and night while they were open for business. Standing around chatting by the rail instead of the other side of the stairs with NO rail that handicapped people wouldn't be using. Stupid much? Thank god my senior father did not fall down their stairs. When asked to make the rail accessible they were disgustingly passive aggressive. Photos online are NOT what the rooms actually look like, as in completely different than what I was advertised. I cannot express how horrible this place is. The listing states they have beach towels and chairs for guests... except there's no one ever there to give them to you. It's giving horror movie hotel, run away !!!
The hotel was very dirty
Dirty bathroom, curtains, walls etc
Ceiling leaked

Eu havia solicitado early check-in e me informaram que o pedido deveria ser feito no dia, na recepção. Cheguei a aguardei por 2h, porque me falaram que a recepção já abriria. Não abriu. Me deixaram esperando em vão. Sem condições de guardar as malas, paguei pelo serviço externo.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. During the night in Room 104, there was continuous noise and movement coming from behind the bed/wall area, making it very difficult to sleep.
A staff member later confirmed that the noise was coming from the kitchen or service area located directly next to my room, which was surprising considering the disturbance continued throughout the night without resolution.
The cleanliness was also below expectations — the corridor in front of the room had garbage and food spread around without being cleaned promptly.
Another major issue was the absence of reception staff. During check-in and throughout the stay, there was almost nobody available at reception except restaurant staff, making it difficult to get support or report issues.
I was traveling for business and specifically requested a proper hotel invoice for reimbursement purposes. At check-out, I was only given a simple payment receipt for the transaction instead of an official stay invoice.
Overall, the service, cleanliness, and guest support experience did not meet expected hotel standards.
This hotel is located well for all attractions, bars restaurants and beaches etc.
However the front desk is not manned all the time... checking in is online at the desk, if no one is there.
Room's are ok...but no views except AC equipment from next door....with a nice hum all evening.
Special mention to who saved us...DAVE...on front desk.
Dave you are by far the best thing there!
Very helpful....a credit to the hotel.
Shame the restaurant next door always stands in hotel doorway too!
There weren't even a locked room where you could leave suitcases...it had to be behind the front desk with no staff around
Yeah so I’ll never be staying here again. It’s best I stick to my more expensive hotels because this one was truly disappointing. I know you get what you pay for but this wasn’t worth the $246 I paid for my 2 nights. First of all the restaurant-hotel thing is cute in theory but having it set up right in front of where guest have to come in and out of the hotel is not ideal. I’d like to not walk through peoples meals and as a guest I wouldn’t want that either. Then I arrived around 1:45, not expecting to get checked in early because my plane landed early, so I killed some time by grabbing some things from the market and eating at the restaurant. It was about 3 when I was done so I figured I could go ahead and check in and at least pay for early check in. That was a disaster. No hotel staff…doesn’t make sense. Tried to check in on the kiosk, told me early check in would be $34, cool whatever. Paid it, the assa boy was showing offline 1720.16.11 etc etc so I couldn’t make a key nor was my digital key working. Texted the whatsapp number NO RESPONSE. called and got an answer, the guy said if it’s not letting me check in that means the room isn’t ready. well DUH. but i also paid for an early check in, so if the room isn’t ready i shouldn’t be offered early check in. which i’m disputing for my money back. so finally a cleaner opens my room for me. i wait till after 4 to see if my digital key would work because i refused to get stuck in my room because i couldn’t get back in if i left. after 4pm my key Still didn’t work so i had to take the risk of going to try to make a physical key. luckily that worked. i had room access now but the stay was still horrible. the walls are extremely thin, i could hear the people beside me having sex. i expect noise outside it is south beach after all. the only thing i liked was how close to the beach it is and that there’s a corner store, dispensary and liquor store nearby. and the filmore theater is just a 10 min walk + plenty of restaurants. however the room at this location sucked. the room smelled very bad, it was unbearably cold; i had to keep turning the thermostat on and off just to get comfortable because we can’t control the temps, bedding seemed decent but the whole place made me feel dirty. there was no body wash!! and the water temperature is not that hot. i felt even more dirty after staying there. i just know they won’t be seeing me again. it was great for me having a short stay, would not recommend staying longer than 2 days. oh! i had juice in my cup, which i now don’t trust that they wash the two cups in the room, and 2 or 3 bugs landed in them. these same bugs were also in the shower, DISGUSTING. i will be finding a corporate representative to file a formal complaint and require a health inspection and operation audit because this is horrible business. my legal team will be looking into this business.
Location is the positive about this place. Rooms are dirty. Towels stained. No one on site to assist for the most part. Even the one guy we saw was not helpful. Noisy both through the walls and on street. I can see where they are trying to stay with the South Beach vibe but needs roome major renovations. Expedia price is way more than I should have paid. I could have stayed at Versace had I known.
