Overall satisfactory. The rooms were spacious and comfortable,. Also quiet slept well.
Pros:

The Breakfast could have been better, for example on the eggs it was scrambled one morning fried the next why not a choice of both.? No English Breakfast tea just Earl Grey or fruit teas. Belgrade caters for a lot if British tourists should have English Breakfast tea.

Cons:

My windows were facing backwards and there was the smell of 3 restaurants coming there so you can't open the windows at all!

Good for short stay in city centre
Pros:

The location is good for sightseeing in city centre .Room was OK and aircon worked well but a bit small, breakfast was a reasonable spread

Cons:

The hotel is a modern conversion in an old building , rooms are a bit small. Breakfast room too small and crowded . Taxis cannot stop outside front door . We paid Euro 90 per night with breakfast believing it to be a 4 star hotel ,it really is not, it should be 3 star. Would not stay again .

Все плохо кроме месторасположения

Cons:

Персонал не отзывчивый, не собранный, им плевать вообще на то что ты их гость.

В номере в ванной плесень и протекший потолок, некоторые крючки для одежды с корнем вырваны

Пол грязный, сразу перемывайте его, если останетесь здесь

Вид из окна в 4 стены ( а не внутренний дворик), вентиляцию, и накиданный мусор. Там не дворик, там пространство, где даже ветер не дует.

И самое главное: прям перед нашим заездом (с ребенком 2 лет) они опрыскали весь пол дезинсекционным раствором, который буквально небольшими ручейками был вдоль стен. Они заявили что это не опасно для людей, но опасно для …. Я не знаю кого они травили, возможно крыс, так как в коридоре, который ведет к номерам, открыта дверь в летний ресторан. Можно от ресепшена идти прямо и попасть в номер, а можно свернуть налево и вот уже люди сидят на летней площадке бара. От него наверное и крысы с тараканами потенциальные.

Pros:

מיקום מצויין. ארוחת בוקר טובה. שירות טוב של הצוות.

Cons:

שהינו באגף הישן. אמנם חדרים גדולים ומקלחות משופצות אך אין מעלית ומזגן בחדר לא קרר למרות שהיה חם מאוד. הוציא אויר בלבד ללא קירור.

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi, merkezi her yer yürüme mesafesindeydi, kahvaltısı yurt dışında ultra bir kahvaltı beklentim olmadığından beklentimi karşıladı diyebilirim, personeller kahvaltı salonunu sürekli temiz tutuyorlardı ve boşalan masalar anında temizleniyordu, boşalan kahvaltılık malzemelerde hemen yenileniyordu, çeşitlilik mevcuttu. Kahvaltı salonundaki kahve makinesinin americanosuna bayıldım. Tesise gitmeden önce de mesajlara hızlıca dönüş yaptılar ve havaalanı transferi konusunda yardımcı oldular. Belgrada tekrar gidersem yine burada kalırım muhtemelen, teşekkürler.
