Buena ubicación y limpieza
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta ya que está al lado de la Plaza de la República y se puede llegar a muchos de los lugares de interés andando.
La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia y el baño también.
Estaba bien equipada con los suministros necesarios.
El desayuno es tipo buffet y hay suficiente donde elegir. Además hay cosas que varían cada día (especialmente los platos calientes).

Cons:

Al pasar por recepción una noche había mucho ruido (suponemos que una fiesta, no sabemos si del local de al lado o si procedía del hotel) y se oía en la habitación.
Echamos en falta alguna percha más en el armario.
Los que estaban en recepción el día del check-out nos cobraron dinero de más por la tasa turística que nos correspondía (ya que al finalizar la reserva en booking te decía cuánto tenías que pagar y allí en el hotel nos pidieron más) pero lo dejamos pasar porque íbamos con prisa.
El pan del último día (domingo, del desayuno) estaba duro por lo que suponemos que era del día anterior.

Pros:

Posizione Perfetta in pieno centro storico.
Colazione abbondante e buona soprattutto per il salato.
Camera molto ampia e letto comodo.
Staff accogliente e professionale.
Giudizio finale 7.5 molto positivo.

Cons:

La camera è bella ma andrebbe un po sistemata.
La cornetta della doccia era rotta, le finestre datate e quindi entrano molti rumori alla mattina.
Piccole cose che se aggiustate renderebbero l'hotel perfetto.

Third stay, and not the last
Pros:

This was my third stay at the Opera Hotel, so I was very familiar with all it has to offer. Great staff that makes you feel looked very well after. Breakfast is a real treat, and the location is perfect

Завтрак очень разнообразный! Есть электрическая сушилка в ванной, а также халат, тапочки и чайный набор...
