Decepcionante
Pros:

La ubicación.
El desayuno estaba bastante bueno (el café estaba rico, había fruta variada y un menú bastante completo).

Cons:

Nos molestó sobre todo la sensación de falta de limpieza. Estuvimos allí cuatro noches y aunque nos consta que va personal todos los días a arreglar los cuartos, apenas hacen las camas (no estiran las sábanas, solo le ponen la colcha por encima) y se notaba que no aspiraban el cuarto.
El aire acondicionado apenas enfriaba la habitación (en unos días especialmente calurosos en Belgrado) y estaba amarillo de polvo y algo roto.
Pedimos una habitación de tres plazas y la habitación constaba de dos camas gemelas (de una comodidad aceptable) y un sofá cama pequeño e incómodo.
El baño tenía un olor insoportable a cañería por las mañanas.

La moqueta del hotel se ve vieja y gastada.
No hay ascensor, a tomar en cuenta si tienes problemas de movilidad.

Nemanja at Reception made my stay very enjoyable. The Hotel is very central to everything.
Pros:

The staff at the Hotel were friendly .
Nemanja is an asset to the Company . He is very helpful, full of advice on where to visit the tourist spots . Always had friendly smile at Reception. The breakfast also had plenty to choose from which was great .

Гарний номер, достатньо просторий. Брали на 10 діб з 2 окремими ліжками. Гарне шумопоглинання - не чули ані сусідів, ані вулицю. Рушники, постіль - все білосніжне. Міняли доволі часто. На сніданку вдосталь овочей, салатів, фруктів, т.ін.
Привітний і приємний персонал і на рецепшені, і на роздачі сніданку. Я була на милицях і персонал подбав про полегшення входу/виходу.
Особливо звернули увагу, що всі серби, яких зустрічали дуже добрі , чуйні люди. Це прям відчувається! Сподобався і готель, і люди, і країна в цілому. Дякуємо за гостинність!

Отель расположен недалеко от прогулочной и торговой зоны.
Прекрасный и вкусный завтрак .
На этом достоинства прекратились.
Заезд был Очень поздний или вернее рано утром в 6 утра. Заранее написала и отправила письмо с просьбой позднего выезда , так как брала отель поспать после ночного перелета и лететь дальше. Просила выезд в 14.00, команда отеля подтвердила поздний выезд .
Но при заезде начались торги , а давайте освободите номер а 13.00, затем в 13..30, … было неприятно. Я показала ответ отеля о продлении проживания до 14.00 .
Хорошо, услышала в ответ .
Но ровно в 13.30 в номере отключили свет ! Я как раз была с душе . Прямо возле номера уже стояла тележка уборщицы, чуть ли не уткнувшись в дверь номера.
Вот такой сервис .
Больше я в этот отель не поеду.

Great location, superb breakfast and amazing rooms.

Brilliant location for seeing around Belgrade. Close to a lot of great restaurants.

Choice for breakfast was superb and freshly made.

Great size room and a well equipped large bathroom with a massive shower area.

Friendly, helpful staff always looking to help with any queries.
