Den var super med bra service och fin bemötande men ett tips var att de fanns lite finjustering som kan göras av rummet
Pros:

Bra personlig service. Frågar varje morgon om städning önskas av rummet. Personalen erbjöd även att steka nya ägg eller pannkakor om de önskades varma :)

Önskemål/tips till boendet:
• Utöka TV-paketet så mer än enbart kanal 1 finns tillgänglig. De andra kanalerna var ur funktion. Så de klassiska favoriter borde finnas i alla fall,

•Städningen var bra men! I några hörn och vrån skulle de behövas extra kärlek och även ovan gardinerna. En extra detalj jag såg var att fjärrkontrollen till TVn var ingen vidare fint skick men då TVn ej användes under min vistelse så drabbades de ingen vidare för mig :)

Pros:

Frukosten var bra och det var en bonus att det fanns kvällsmacka/fika.

Cons:

Städningen kunde varit lite bättre. Hade fläckar på mitt täcke.

Cons:

Lyhört, mycket spring i korridoren nattetid.
Rum utan fönster men ej tilluftsventilation , fick sova med dörren öppen för att ha god luft i rummet

Pros:

The receptionist - exceptional lady. Smiling, talkative (but not too much), very nice - walked me to my room & showed around - where's breakfast, how to open the door etc. Tea, coffee, juices available 24/7. In the evening sandwiches, cakes and fruits were offered for free. Only the swimming pool is missing to call it all inclusive. And all of it in the 3-star hotel in a small swedish town. Very impressive. I will be missing you!

Cons:

Even if there were some details that could be improved - who cares with this exceptional service.

Billigt och bra hotell, två restauranger i huset. 2 km. till Tuna Parks köpcentra
Pros:

Frukosten: Fanns vad man behövde för att bli mätt. Fanns både stekta och kokta ägg samt lite varmrätter.
Hotellet bjöd på kaffe och te, dryck, frukt, kaffebröd och mackor till kvällen. Stort badrum, saknade dock en avställningsyta i badrummet för necessären.

Cons:

Olika information från olika personal om kvällsfikat. Mackorna skulle ha förvarats i kylen, det räcker inte med att de står på en kylbricka hela kvällen/natten. De översta mackorna blir ofräscha och varma. Hade gärna sett att det fanns något ytterligare alternativ till kaffe och te utanför frukosttiden. t.ex. choklad eller dryck om ni ändå bjuder på fika. Fikabrödet kunde gärna få komma fram på eftermiddagen inte bara till kl.19 på kvällen.
Saknade skriftlig information på rummet om t.ex. TV-n och fikatider.
TV- utbudet var dåligt. Bara TV 1 och 2, Kunskapskanalen och en till kanal. Saknade alla övriga kanaler, t.ex TV3 och 4. Inställningsguiden för TV-n var på tyska. Luktade lite stekos på mornarna (från underliggande restauranger?)
