The kitchenette is a plus!

The desk staff was so friendly. I loved the kitchenette. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Salt Lake City.

Liked that the staff was very helpful and kept us very happy

Cons:

The toilet in our room wasn't flushing for sometime and we found out that someone turned off the water to it. The lady at the front desk had realized it and turned it on for us.

I book for two rooms one with a king bed and what I get was a disabled room
I asked to changed and the lady just said No you booked online no with us
Bad Bad Bad!!!

It was amazingly good. I should have ask for a king size bed. But it was great overall.
Pros:

It has a kitchen and the expectation of making our own breakfast lol

Good for sleeping but bring your own cookware and dishes!

Clean and comfortable, good location.

Cons:

We stayed because of the kitchenette but there were no pots, pans, plates, glasses or utensils! When I asked about it they said they have a few “loaner” kitchen items usually but they are all being used. Never experienced such a thing with a kitchenette. Ridiculous.
