Quando não funcionou, resolveram imediatamente. A noite problema no ar condicionado, após a tentativa de reparo ter falhado, disponibilizaram um outro quarto para passarmos a noite.

Mala limpieza (la piscina tenia todas las sillas sucias y manchadas), humedad terrible (pedimos hasta cambio de habitacion porque no se podia respirar casi pero no se pudo y nos dieron un deshumedecedor que no hizo nada, solo echaba viento), personal despistado (nos dijeron que nos iban a cambiar de cuarto pero nunca pasó)

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel está muy cerca de restaurantes y de atracciones turísticas, definitivamente regresaría a hospedarme nuevamente. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda y el personal del hotel fue muy atento.

Cons:

El dispositivo instalado para evitar la humedad en el pasillo de ingreso a las habitaciones era bastante intenso, entiendo que es una necesidad usarlo, sin embargo era algo molesto.

location is excelent, beds really confortable, nice pool and restaurants. The satff was really kind and very attentive. We really enjoyed our time there and will be back.

quarto estava perfeito, muito amplo e bem aconchegante.
Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a tudo e ao mesmo tempo muito tranquilo, sem barulho.
Café da manhã muito bom, com boas opções no buffet e a la carte incluso no preço.

Cons:

Passamos por um inconveniente na chegada, ao entrarmos em nosso quarto as 15:40h o ar condicionado estava pingando água e molhando todo sofá. Avisamos na recepção e enviaram uma pessoa para fazer manutenção que se estendeu por muito tempo e tive que solicitar a troca de quarto, chegamos de uma viagem longa e queríamos privacidade para ir ao banheiro e tomar banho. Fomos atendidos e trocamos de quarto.

Fomos inicialmente encaminhados para um quarto em uma unidade separada apresentanda como mais vantajosa porque seria exclusiva. O quarto estava em más condições, cheirando mofo muito forte (insuportável mesmo)e a área comum em obra, sem que houvesse aviso no site de que seríamos alocados num espaço em reforma . Pedimos para trocar e logo nos disponibilizaram o quarto normal, no ambiente padrão do hote. Foi uma forma bastante desagradável de ser recebida. Não tenho dúvidas de que se não fosse disponibilizada a troca seria necessário pegar as malas e sair andando à procura de outro hotel. Como a troca foi feita com agilidade, ficamos no hotel e fora esse contratempo inicial tivemos uma boa hospedagem.

Amazing, relaxing, perfect !
Pros:

Every person we interacted with was friendly and willing to help. Nelly and the front desk team did a lovely setup for my husbands 40th birthday and with other room drops for our friends who came along. The food and beverage manager at breakfast was very accommodating and offered us complimentary coffe when we sat waiting for our friends ! Loved every min of my stay. My housekeeper didn’t speak any English but was always so warm when dropping off our petit fors. Loved her

Cons:

There was a leak under my sink.. but it seems it was fixed even without me reporting it. I had to constantly ask for wash cloths but got the exfoliating scrubs.
