We had an excellent stay in Nuwara Eliya. The hotel location is superb, and the garden is amazing. From the garden we could enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, which made our stay even more special. We stayed in one of the cottage rooms, and it was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist guests with a smile. Their hospitality made our experience even better. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended 😊

Not worth for money they should have been cleaned better
Pros:

Location and the staff were great. The welcome and support was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room wasn’t soundproof could hear everything from the corridor- door was swinging/playing a bit due to wind. Bathroom was a bit smelly. Pillows were smelly. TV was on a side hard to watch.

L’intérieur est vraiment vieillissant et aurait besoin d’une bonne restauration.
Le personnel vous court après pour être payé. La piscine doit faire 2mx2m. Le rapport qualité / prix est déplorable.
L’évacuation de la douche de la chambre 5 se trouve à l’extérieur de la douche !

Cleaning was not done professionally, the didn't change the sheet, just reorganized the bed.
No AC or fan in the room. Windows don't have mosquito nets.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen gewissen Charme und sehr schönen Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Ein Plus ist ebenfalls das Clubhaus und Gym im Hotel.
Die Lage ist super zum spazieren und erkunden, für ins Zetrum ist man aber auf ein Tuktuk angewiesen. Das ganze Personal war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Durch das feuchte Klima und Regen hatte das Zimmer manchmal einen etwas abgestandenen Geruch, wo wir immer wieder gut lüften mussten.
