Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is beautiful and very peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing great comfort throughout our stay.

Es war ein Privileg, in einem solchen Haus mit einer so gepflegteGartenanlage übernachten zu dürfen.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, altehrwürdiges Haus im Kolonialstiel mit entsprechenden Schlafzimmern, die mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet sind. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet.
Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön mit herrlichen alten Bäumen und vielen Pflanzen und Blumen.

Ich bin sehr froh, dass unsere Zimmer im alten Teil waren.

Cons:

Was mir persönlich nicht gefällt ist der neuangebaute Teil mit dem Restaurant. Irgendwie passt er nicht zu dem schönen alten Haus im Kolonialstil

We had an excellent stay in Nuwara Eliya. The hotel location is superb, and the garden is amazing. From the garden we could enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, which made our stay even more special. We stayed in one of the cottage rooms, and it was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist guests with a smile. Their hospitality made our experience even better. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended 😊

Not worth for money they should have been cleaned better
Pros:

Location and the staff were great. The welcome and support was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room wasn’t soundproof could hear everything from the corridor- door was swinging/playing a bit due to wind. Bathroom was a bit smelly. Pillows were smelly. TV was on a side hard to watch.

L’intérieur est vraiment vieillissant et aurait besoin d’une bonne restauration.
Le personnel vous court après pour être payé. La piscine doit faire 2mx2m. Le rapport qualité / prix est déplorable.
L’évacuation de la douche de la chambre 5 se trouve à l’extérieur de la douche !
