Pros:

Breakfast spread was very nice. Cottages were magical. Excellent ambience for a perfect holiday! It is one of the best places to stay in Nuwara Eliya. Very photogenic property. Very nice especially if travelling with kids

Amazing Experience with Kind Staff and Beautiful Surroundings
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The garden is especially beautiful & very well maintained and absolutely gorgeous, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and is definitely worth the money. Everything was fresh and well prepared, making it a great start to the day.
The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more pleasant.
What stood out the most was the staff. They are extremely friendly and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the reception team and the General Manager, who were very kind, professional, and supportive throughout our stay.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is located in a nice, clean, and convenient area. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Mirage kings cottage. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more relaxing.
The food was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to different tastes.
The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The garden is truly like a heaven so beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. It added a special charm to the overall experience.

A Place to relax
Pros:

Location was good although need a car to get to town. The immaculately kept garden and space around the cottages was the highlight of this hotel. Our stay included breakfast. Buffet limited in selection but we couldn't ask for more. Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Whenever we wanted anything like a refill of toiletries they were there to assist us in a flash.

Cons:

I cannot exactly remember if I asked for a quiet room during the booking. The 3 rooms we got was in front of the car park. It was noisy with cars, vans and even trucks loading a broken vehicle. It made or stay less comfortable. However I request 3 adjoining rooms which as honored.

Pros:

It was amazing! We were glad to have the opportunity to extend our stay at Mirage Kings Cottage. Beautiful landscaping, perfectly maintained gardens, with an breathtaking view from the clubhouse was soothing. We stayed in the Queens suite with two huge bed, which was spacious and spotless. Having the opportunity to take join the Sinhala/Tamil New Year celebrations and games was an added bonus. Looking forward to go there again!

Es war ein Privileg, in einem solchen Haus mit einer so gepflegteGartenanlage übernachten zu dürfen.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, altehrwürdiges Haus im Kolonialstiel mit entsprechenden Schlafzimmern, die mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet sind. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet.
Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön mit herrlichen alten Bäumen und vielen Pflanzen und Blumen.

Ich bin sehr froh, dass unsere Zimmer im alten Teil waren.

Cons:

Was mir persönlich nicht gefällt ist der neuangebaute Teil mit dem Restaurant. Irgendwie passt er nicht zu dem schönen alten Haus im Kolonialstil

We had an excellent stay in Nuwara Eliya. The hotel location is superb, and the garden is amazing. From the garden we could enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, which made our stay even more special. We stayed in one of the cottage rooms, and it was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist guests with a smile. Their hospitality made our experience even better. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended 😊

Not worth for money they should have been cleaned better
Pros:

Location and the staff were great. The welcome and support was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room wasn’t soundproof could hear everything from the corridor- door was swinging/playing a bit due to wind. Bathroom was a bit smelly. Pillows were smelly. TV was on a side hard to watch.
