Did the job just about but would try another 4* hotel if visiting Sylhet.
Pros:

The location was good for us - close enough to the airport, tea gardens, Shah Jalal Dargah and shops and then heading out to our village.

The restaurant on 15th floor and food was great.

Breakfast on 14th floor was good but not as clean as restaurant

The rooftop view was great - pool is small.

AC, wifi and backup power was good.

Cons:

The bathroom was 2* rather than 4* - the room 513 also had no window - though no noise from traffic might be explained by no window.

There was a kettle but no socket to plug into nearby also no milk or milk powder as standard - took some from breakfast.

Neighbouring guest was noisy at midnight until reported to reception.

Desk guys are so helpfull and friendly
Overall stay wasn’t that Bed.
The expectations are so high, we Hope property will insure quality of service too

Safe, comfortable place
Pros:

The security was amazing, felt very safe getting dropped off where there is 24/7 security. The staff were nice, very accomidating. Breakfast had good options and good food. Of course swimming pool and rooftop was a vibe

Cons:

I was on 4th floor and the hallway smelled like wet carpet, most likely from rain entering thru window. they had fan on most days which was noisy and that wet carpet smell was not nice.
