The room itself was clean and comfortable and there was very little noise which made sleeping easy. The cleaner Ahmad was excellent, very polite, hardworking and attentive. The security staff were also friendly and respectful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were poorly organised, lacked professionalism and communication was very poor. We were given inconsistent information about charges including additional fees for my wife’s stay and breakfast which created unnecessary confusion at checkout.

The television in the room did not work properly and it was not a smart TV so streaming services such as Netflix were not possible.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing considering it cost 700 taka per person per day. The menu was the same every day and the food quality and taste were very poor. The chicken bhuna in particular was not enjoyable. We also paid 1000 taka per person for the first Ramadan iftar buffet but unfortunately most of the food was inedible due to the poor taste.

Overall the food quality and service standards need significant improvement.

Cons:

Bed was quite firm, more than i expected. Whilst all the facilities were catered for, i did expect things to look a little more modern internally.

The roof top looked good had a good skyline

Where do I start,staff had bad communication,left hand shower door was off its hinge the wheels were hanging,had a toilet overflow,called reception at 11.20pm,some came up said need maintenance guy had to ring back after 3 hrs,maintenance guy came at 4.08am!! I was told to book in Ada Vance for set menu i callers at 4.20pm which was 30mins after checking in I was told buffet is full and they cannnot give me room services. Very unprofessional management issue are easy to spot, I think this place needs good management,I would not rate this hotel even 1star,very disappointed,dissatisfied I just can’t wait to leave here, I will not be coming back for m glad my stay was for only one night.2.5/10
