Good Service
Pros:

Rooms,Antalya Restaurant, Ozone pool side area

Cons:

Desk guys are so helpfull and friendly
Overall stay wasn’t that Bed.
The expectations are so high, we Hope property will insure quality of service too

Safe, comfortable place
Pros:

The security was amazing, felt very safe getting dropped off where there is 24/7 security. The staff were nice, very accomidating. Breakfast had good options and good food. Of course swimming pool and rooftop was a vibe

Cons:

I was on 4th floor and the hallway smelled like wet carpet, most likely from rain entering thru window. they had fan on most days which was noisy and that wet carpet smell was not nice.

Would not stay here again
Pros:

Very good location, you can get alot of shopping done whilst staying here. Also close to a lot of food places.

Cons:

Very dirty, towels were stained, bed covers were stained. No toilet roll when we arrived, had to call reception for this - surprised this is not checked before guests arrive. Room service food left outside of doors, no staff collected this - was removed the following day. Staff were lovely but would not personally stay here again.

Excellent experience at Noorjahan Grand.
Pros:

The Deluxe Double Room was nice and cosy. The rooftop pool with a view was nice. The restaurant food was good. The location is great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The AC in our room stopped working towards the end of our stay so they moved us to another room for one night.
