Oáza klidu, kvality a pohodlí v Jizerkách
Pros:

Přespali jsme jednu noc, oběd, večeře, snídaně. Můžeme potvrdit, že všechny pozitivní recenze jsou pravdivé. Jídlo velmi skvěle dochucené, obsluha rychlá. Pokoj nově rekonstruovaný a čistý. Našim zvláštním přáním bylo vyhověno s úsměvem na tváři. Každopádně se rádi vrátíme.

Lokalita je báječná, krásné místo s historií, nádherný výhled. Večeře byl přímo kulinářský zážitek, ochota personálu a profesionalita úplně top. Určitě se kvůli nabídce jídel a příjemné atmosféře personálu rádi vrátíme :-)

Cons:

Námět ke zlepšení je snídaně. Ta by mohla být obohacena o ovoce a lehce větší výběr. Míchaná vajíčka byla přesolená ... asi se to ten den nepovedlo..
Jedno mínus byla noční akce hudba do 2 do rána, trochu se nám všem hůře se spalo. Čekala bych, že pokud je tam ubytování akce bude končit nejpozději o půlnoci.

Dostačující snídaně, skvělá restaurace. Milý a ochotný personál.

Cons:

Konferenční prostory jsou využívány o víkendu ke společenským akcím v počtu 200 osob, s živou hudbou do 01:00 hodin do rána. To nám pobyt znepříjemnilo.

Výborné jidlo, hezké ubytování, ale celkový dojem zkazil personál.
Pros:

Čisté pokoje, dobré jídlo.

Cons:

Personál nepozdravi při příchodu hosta do Hotelu. Během večera se personál restaurace schovává v kuchyni místo toho, aby byl k dispozici na baru pro hosty. Snídaně od 8:00 je dost pozdě, když vleky jezdí od 8:30. Zvuková izolace pokojů není dobrá, ale to člověk ve staré budově ještě bere. Nevrátíme se.

Erste Klasse: Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, feines, mit Liebe angerichtetes Essen und ein ordentliches Zimmer, dies in einem altehrwürdigen Haus. Der Blick ins Riesengebirge, auch aus dem Restaurant heraus ist wunderbar. Ob Urlaub oder Wochenende, es ist eine Erholung für Leib und Seele. Danke an alle fleißigen Geister im Hotel.
