1.夜班前台人員態度散慢，一問三不知，覺得多說一句話都感覺很累；白天前台小姐蠻兇的，不是很親切。
2.雖然不需要接待甚麼，但讓旅客想趕快結束談話，因為問甚麼都不知道...
3.詢問飯店有沒有預約計程車的服務，前台說沒有，自己叫車會比較快。

晚上住宿別間客人很沒水準 凌晨關門很大聲 來這我特意找一間有陽台的目的是想在陽台抽煙 結果甚麼都不行 有抽煙的來這會特別麻煩
