糟糕的櫃台人員
Pros:

第三次入住，前兩次入住的櫃台人員親切有禮貌！

Cons:

第三次入住，只是詢問為何跟之前不一樣，未將房間相鄰安排，而是分不同樓層？
櫃台甲女大聲強調：由於你訂的 “ 這一個房型 ” 一層只有一間！
心中訝異，三次來入住，訂的都一樣是普通雙人房兩間，當然知道櫃台甲女說謊，懶得跟說話不專業做事不用心的員工計較，正要離開櫃台入住時，櫃台乙男翹著二郎腿坐著大聲喊：你來住幾次都一樣！
櫃台乙男無禮插話竟然不是來協助處理，而是火上澆油主動挑事嗆客人，真不敢相信這樣的素質這麽能在飯店櫃台值勤？乙男不表明職級身份，當場請他閉嘴！
要不是此次是帶老人家出遊，當場就準備投訴貴店退房了！
提要入住這間飯店的旅客要小心，這間飯店的人員管理培訓與考核一定出了問題，櫃台人員穿著隨便，沒有制服沒有工牌，説話不得體，態度散漫，不像專業人員，最糟糕的是隨意嗆客人，絲毫不在乎飯店形象，這比白領飯店薪水還惡質，任意破壞客人對飯店建立的好印象，寫這麼長一篇是希望這家連鎖飯店的主管能看到缺失盡快改善，別讓其他高興出遊的旅客受害，提昇台灣國旅品質！
