Lovely helpful and patient staff, very clean, super close to the central station.

Cons:

There was some noise outside at night. The stairs up to the 2nd and 3rd floor are very steep, not easy to climb and descend with a suitcase.

Bom para quem procura uma alternativa para apenas dormir.
Pros:

Pequeno almoço razoável/bom. As camas são muito confortáveis. O quarto não tem secador mas a receção tem secadores.

Cons:

Da regra de termos de entregar a chave do quarto de cada vez que saímos do hotel. Muitas escadas e bastante íngremes, não é qualquer pessoa que consegue subir.

Cons:

Pequeno-almoço bastante fraco. Muito barulho durante a noite. Mas o principal fator foram as condições da casa de banho, limpeza questionável, demasiado pequena e sem alguns acessórios importantes, tapetes, secador, etc.

Amabilidad del personal de recepción

Cons:

Habitación incómoda , no hay nada para poner la ropa , ni armarios , ni repisas , mucho polvo , escaleras demasiado inclinadas y peligrosas , subir con maletas es mucho riesgo de caída , una persona con limitaciones físicas no le recomiendo alojarse allí por riesgo de caída .

El desayuno muy bien, el recepcionista de barba muy simpatico.

Cons:

El recepcionista de la noche estaba durmiendo y no nos abría la puerta. no tenía ni idea del hotel. Nos mandó a una planta y después de buscar, era en el edificio de al lado. La habitación y la ducha olían a rancio. La habitación era un zulo y el acceso por las escaleras era para matarse.

4.Stock ohne Lift mit sehr steilen Stiegen. Zimmer winzig mit Dachschrägen im Zimmer, in der Dusche, im WC. Fenster klein mit naher Wandsicht.
D.h nur für kleine Leute.
Personal sehr nett bis auf einen Rezeptionisten.
