Bien situé mais absence de qualité
Pros:

L'emplacement est top. Proche gare. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

La climatisation qui faisait un bruit non stop toute la nuit. Impossible de dormir avec ce bruit. Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir de fenêtre. Baie vitrée Impossible à ouvrir donc obligé de mettre le ventilateur à disposition qui rajoute du bruit. Pas d'équipement pour déposer nos affaires. Juste une table. Prix très élevé pour la chambre.

Misleading Listing & Poor Maintenance. Steep Stairs Not Disclosed, Broken Furniture
Pros:

Close to Amsterdam Centraal

Cons:

I took the apartment. What they did not advertise/ show in the site/ photos is that the stairs are very steep going up the living room and another sets of stairs going up the bedroom. Room is not well maintained with dining chairs/ table missing a leg each.

Staff were brilliant. Very helpful and informative.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Short walk from Centraal station. It really is situated in a great location.
Breakfast was very basic. Boiled eggs, cheese, bread, 2 types of cold meats and cereal.
I didn’t mind it but I did see other guests walk out of the breakfast room when they realised what was on offer.

Cons:

Breakfast definitely needs improving.

Amsterdam autentica: pregi e qualche limite
Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione centrale dell'hotel, che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi le principali attrazioni di Amsterdam. L'edificio è una tipica casa storica della città, ricca di fascino: conserva elementi originali come gli infissi d'epoca e le caratteristiche scale a chiocciola (pur essendo presente anche un comodo ascensore).
La camera , piccolina, rispecchiava lo stile dell'edificio, con forme irregolari e asimmetriche che probabilmente sono tipiche di queste antiche abitazioni e contribuiscono a creare un'atmosfera particolare e autentica.

Cons:

Gli aspetti che mi hanno convinta meno riguardano la presenza della moquette, che personalmente non apprezzo perché non mi trasmette una sensazione di pulizia pari a quella di altri tipi di pavimentazione. Inoltre, ho trovato materasso e cuscini poco confortevoli: per chi, come me, non è più giovanissimo o soffre di problemi cervicali, potrebbero non essere la soluzione ideale.
Nel complesso, una struttura dal carattere autentico e in un'ottima posizione, particolarmente adatta a chi desidera vivere l'atmosfera tipica di Amsterdam.

Pros:

Posizione ottimale vicino alla stazione Amsterdam Centraal e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano in pieno centro. Nella hall la reception era attiva 24h, il personale è stato molto servizievole e accogliente

Cons:

Avevo prenotato una camera diversa: me ne è stata riservata una che non mi aspettavo, con una finestra murata alquanto claustrofobica e senza finestra neanche in bagno. Ho evitato di segnalarlo alla reception per evitare disguidi.

Posizione al centro della confusione, colazione molto povera, camera in mansarda, caldissimo. Inoltre un receptionist non mi ha permesso di cambiare il pannolino a mia figlia sul mio passeggino nella hall perché mi ha detto “I can’t stand babies”.

Un viaje con encanto
Pros:

La proximidad a todos los puntos de interés. La tranquilidad, la habitación daba a un patio interior y no se escuchaba los ruidos de la calle.

Cons:

Aunque el hotel tenía ascensor para subir a las habitaciones. No llegaba al comedor y había que bajar y subir unas escaleras un poco empinadas. Por lo demás todo correcto
