Pros:

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, zentrale Lage, hat seinen eigenen Charme

Cons:

baulich ist das Zimmer etwas ungünstig, die Heizungsrohre verlaufen durch den Kleiderschrank und die Toilette war so eng am Waschbecken gebaut, daß man man mit dem Arm und der Schulter unterm Waschbecken hing ^^ Aber das ist sicher nicht bei allen Zimmern so ;-)

Perfect from location to cleanliness
Pros:

Just perfect location from Amsterdam Central Station where I did various train trips including Venlo, Berlin, Liege, and Paris. Excellent staff at front desk with so much local knowledge. Room was as I requested very quiet and spotless. Great shower & breakfast was ideal. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again if in the area
Within 4 mins of Central Station Metro and tram hub. Also next to sightseeing canal trips.

Pros:

El personal de recepción fue muy amable. Tienen pan sin gluten en el desayuno, pero es mejor avisar con antelación. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero todo está limpio.

Amsterdã a um passo.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, perto da estação central de trens e na área turística de Amsterdã. Muito prático para se locomover a pé. Oferece café da manhã bom e variado incluído na diária, servido a partir das 7h30. Boa limpeza e atendimento. Conta com elevador, embora para acessar alguns quartos seja necessário subir ou descer um lance de escada.

Cons:

O quarto não oferece muitas comodidades, além do básico. A sintonia de vários canais da tv é ruim, com imagem distorcida. O ralo do chuveiro não dá conta de escoar a água, o que pode alagar todo o banheiro.
O wi-fi é apenas razoável.

Voltaria a este alojamento com certeza!
Pros:

A localização é fantástica, no centro. Na rua existem restaurantes, supermercado, tudo a um passo. O apartamento estava limpo e era confortável, os funcionários, cinco estrelas. Adoramos tudo.

Cons:

Para nós não foi problema, até foi engraçado, mas as escadas de acesso são típicas de uma casa holandesa no centro histórico, ou seja…muito inclinadas, não recomendo para pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade.

Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de trenes y en pleno centro. El depto para seis es amplio. Tiene muchas ventanas y buena calefacción. El baño es nuevo. El desayuno es adecuado.

Cons:

Las escaleras son muy empinadas (tipo barco). La calle es muy céntrica y las ventanas no son de doble vidrio lo que hace que se escuchen por la noche ruidos de la calle. La decoración deberia mejorarse (cuadros demasiado viejos, detalles de pintura y de otro tipo) pero estuvimos cómodos y nada de lo señalado fue grave ni insoportable.

Cerca de todo. En pleno barrio rojo.
Desayuno justo, pan, leche, café y yogur. Nada más

Cons:

Cama incomodisima, vencida, en los bordes cedía, tenía sensación de que me caía. Ruidoso, escuchas todo el pasillo el de arriba el de al lado… ascensor que caben dos personas solamente o una persona y una maleta…para bajar al comedor no hay accesibilidad, solo unas escaleras empinadas.
Baño sin colgadores para las toallas y solo calefacción en la habitación, la del baño no funciona.
