Pros:

Top quality budget hotel bang in the centre of tourist activity.
Pros:

The room, while small (a single room), was extremely clean and nicely prepared. the bed was very comfortable and good quality bedding. Location was really perfect with quick access to the Amsterdam Centraal and effectively at the entrance to the busy tourist area.. Staff at reception were very friendly and ready to help. For the price, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Terrible experience and a total rip off
Pros:

I had booked here for 2 nights, but unfortunately due a death in the family I had to leave 1 night early. I told the hotel at 4pm on the Saturday evening if would be checking out at 9am the following morning to get back to the uk. The hotel charged me full price of 205.00 euros which included breakfast. I emailed them to ask if they had any compassion due to my liss , they didn't. The breakfast was terrible, no hot food, just sliced ham, fruit , and 1 box of cereal. When I checked out of the hotel, I spent 25.00 euros on a proper breakfast I should have had at the hotel. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in my room, and no hair dryer. Stay away from this place , at all costs, do not book with them, I have reported them to booking.com to investigate them
