地理位置很不錯，出飯店就有機捷跟公車站，距離中壢夜市也不遠，步行可到的距離。不過雖然飯店附有停車場但不是免費的，需要買停車票券。飯店房間在28樓，可是沒有面對街景的窗戶，只能看對面的房間，連陽光也照不進來。
最大的缺點是：枕頭實在是太軟了，完全沒有躺在枕頭上的感覺，還有冷氣的風聲蠻大的，睡眠品質不佳，以上。

剛好住在大廳的旁邊這是個缺點早上七點打開門拿早餐差點因為刺眼的亮光驚醒還在睡覺的伴侶，中間大廳應該要有一些牆壁迴避門口遮光和隱私，再來就是不知道為什麼睡了不到一個小時就一直覺得手臂和腿部有點癢，不確定是不是我不適合床或棉被，浴室的燈其實半夜打開上廁所也會亮醒人，但我只能說浴室設計精巧也很乾淨水壓水溫都是有到基本標準，床鋪躺起來也舒服棉被蓋起來溫暖，還算過得去

他のホテルと一体となっているため少し驚いた。30階までエレベーターで上がるが6基も有るので余裕です。隣にPOLAがありコンビニもある。少し歩けば国際夜市もある。又、Wi-Fiは最高に速い。

部屋の広さはさておき、テーブルが有りません。かなり不便。後は全く問題ない。

駅からとても近くて、夜市にも近くて朝に空港に移動する必要がある場合もとても楽でした。
室内も綺麗で、ロビーでは部屋のコップを持って行けばコーヒーやジュースがいつでも飲めます。

桃園空港方面にも行ける、台中にも台北にも鉄道で行けるアクセスはGOOD。
九份に電車とバスで２時間ほどで行けたし安かった。
桃園方面から行くのは高い。
近辺にはセブンイレブンある。
夜も夜市アリ。そのほかも。
中レキ拠点はアリ。

立地は良いが、窓ガラスが汚い
Pros:

地下鉄駅の真横で立地は良い。中壢駅とは1キロほど離れているが、近場にも弁当屋など食事処も多く、夜でも人通りが多く結構繁華街だった。ビル１階に日用雑貨店あり。コンビニへは徒歩2分ほど。部屋は広め。ちゃんと扉の付いたクローゼットあり。しかし、金庫がクローゼット内の床に置いてあるので低くて数字ボタンは見えにくいし、出し入れもしにくかった。とにかく窓ガラスが汚い！その外側のバルコニーのガラスも汚いので、せっかくの高層階なのに見晴らしは全く期待はずれで残念だった。
